i brought my 2020 3 Series in this morning for new rotors and new brake pads because mine were warped. Michael at the front desk found the exact parts i needed, ordered them, had them delivered ALL within 2 hours. incredibly impressive as far as quickness goes. Juan was the mechanic that worked on my vehicle. He worked very efficiently was so kind throughout the entire process. So in all, I was at Matrix Auto for no more than 4.5 hours. No next day, no hold over the weekend, it was all done same day. Thank you, Juan! Alex, the owner, was there as well. it’s always good to see the owner at businesses because it shows they care. Him and his team and very friendly and they work hard to make sure their customers leave with a smile. ultimately, i am very pleased with my experience here at Matrix Auto and would 10/10 recommend for time, price, and location.

A few months ago I took my fiancé car to get an alignment but she wanted them to do an oil change also. With this being a reputable shop I figured why not. The alignment was good. After the test drive they noticed the steering wheel was not straight and remounted the car back on the alignment rack and got it straight. The rating is not on the alignment or the shop but the oil change and the person that changed the oil that day. I finally was able to see why she smelled oil burning. I drove the car and I also smelled oil burning. I opened the hood and saw a complete mess. It looked like to me that they missed the oil fill compartment or over filled it. All they had to do is clean up after themselves. Oil was all over the place as you can see in the pictures. In the pictures after the oil change and after I cleaned it. This was the second time I came to this shop and will try them again but will definitely check the work before I leave next time.

I highly recommend going to them for any of your automotive repairs. I brought my vehicle in today, mind you i was told by another auto repair shop that it was a blown head gasket, this shop did not have to be honest with me and they were. it turned out to be something less costly and They finished it same day. This will be my go-to place from now on.

Dropped my car off for a misfire in cylinder 2, no questions asked didn’t speak to a mechanic. Get a call an hour later for a quote of 1600 to fix the issue & change all the spark plugs. When we called back to decline they changed the quote to 423 to just change one spark plug & coil on the left side. Drove 5 minutes up the road after they claimed it was fixed and had the same issue (car shaking at a complete stop) Dropped the car back off & two hours after they opened they called back saying I needed a new motor or cylinder 2 needed to be completely replaced. I didn’t trust there work or competence in what was wrong, took it to hill Kelly immediately & they replaced the coil that supposedly had been replaced & the car no longer has any misfire. I only went here since they were open Saturday and had the lowest diagnostic quote $150. You get what you pay for though. Don’t make the same mistake and go here.

First of just walking into the office you would think it was an expensive doctor's office. However it's not! The decor along is so beautiful. Then it's the people that worked there. Alex and Vanessa gives off such good vibes. I took my 2017 Acura RDX to replace the Catalytic Convertor and also get an oil change the prices was so low I wanted to add more stuff. Overall, you will not be unsatisfied with this place. Please come see for yourself!!!

I really like the professionalism of this Matrix Auto Service. The owner and his wife were both very friendly and professional. They told me when the part was going to come in and when they'd have the car done and they met that deadline. They knew that I depend on my vehicle for income and they gave it a proper priority. I will use them anytime in the future I need auto repair service. I recommend that you do the same!

Brought in my truck for an AC compressor fix, got me in immediately, very nice. I'm new to the area so I don't know alot about what's good or not yet, came from Alaska and was dying from this heat. Showed me what was wrong, did it within the EXACT timeframe they gave me, and were so sweet and kind. Great prices and even better people. Would recommend to anyone!!!

This place has false information and advertising. This is not a true Lexus Certified Service Center or warranty coverage or L/Cedtified service experience whatsoever. I’ve only had my 2010 Lexus LS460L serviced by my Hennessy Lexus Atlanta dealer since 1990. Prices have been fair and service has always been excellent. I always have a complimentary o brand new Lexus loaner car even if it’s just a oil change. They have always washed and dried and vacuum my LS460 at no charge. Unfortunately the closest Certified Lexus service center is Lexus of Mobile - about 190 miles from my home. I’m physically disabled and my brother takes my Lexus in for service and I will be getting my Lexus serviced at Lexus Mobile. I will never step foot in the subpar Bobby Likis Lexus / Auto group again. Never again !! I will make the 2 hour drive and pay more to get true Lexus experience. I believe in 2nd chances to the right people and companies. I’m hoping that Bobby Likis service makes the right choice to take this opportunity to be better. My longtime loyal customer service experience instincts tell me that this Bobby Likis service will never change and continue their business model and status quo. I hope that I’m wrong but experience says otherwise. This service center put on aftermarket oil filter and wanted to do it again with same defect instead of replacing it with the OEM oil filter and 2 days later and they expected me to pay for it !? Unbelievable ! The service manager is terrible beyond belief and not even remotely qualified for Lexus service qualified or just a regular decent service provider. I would avoid this service center at all cost. The entire Pensacola area has terrible customer experience. I’d recommend going to Pace or Destin or Fort Walton Beach or Mobile Alabama. Bottom line is that I will only use a Lexus dealer no matter what. Wishing you the best of luck and safe travels and miles of smiles !

Excellent service at Matrix Auto Service. I spoke with the manager the day before, and he really listened to my concerns and took the time to understand the issue. He researched the correct transfer case fluid to ensure the repair was done correctly and even helped guide me on what was needed. When I returned the next day, the staff was friendly and professional. The technician explained the dash code and showed me exactly what was going on with the transfer case and a few other items. I felt comfortable the entire time and never felt rushed. Overall, it truly felt like they cared about doing the job right.Excellent service, fair pricing, and a very positive experience.
