This place is awesome!!! I was in Minneapolis for a conference. From Detroit, so had a rental car. Tire super low, late for an appt. They took a look, realized the tire could not be patched, then put the spare on for me, so I could go exchange it at the nearest rental office. These guys didnt charge me a thing. OVER and ABOVE what I expected in times today. Very thankful to this place, and the guys working to help out a visiting Michigander. Thanks gentlemen!!

Terry from Bobby & Steve's Auto World was amazing. I requested a tow with my AAA membership when my car suddenly wasn't able to move & a lot of warning lights came on. When he arrived to tow my car to a mechanic, he figured out what was going on with it & did a trick to fix it. It hasn't had any issues since - and it's been many days since. He saved me a lot of time, stress, and money. I'm really grateful for his expertise.

Stopped into fill up one tire that was low and decided to get a car wash. Selected the basic car wash. I noticed that no soap came out of the wash. Stopped into the front desk and they immediately took care of it and gave me a higher level wash. This place is always very solid. Had my car towed here several times throughout my life and they always great job on the repairs with great customer service! Keep it up!

1:00 am, we had just gotten our wedding decorations packed up after a perfect wedding. Exhausted from a long day, we said our last goodbyes, sent our friends on their way, and our car would not start back up! Made the call to Bobby and Steve’s for a jump start and Pat was on site in about 30 mins, got our car jumped in a flash and we were in our way home. Pat was so kind and we just felt so relieved to be rescued. Turns out my battery was exactly 5 years old, I replaced it myself the next morning. I don’t know what we would have done without Pat and BSAW. Thank you for rescuing us and saving our wedding night!

Demands backpacks be left by register or coke machine. Because they have cameras, this says to the customer that not only do they not trust those cameras for security (despite they use them for that purpose); but that they do not trust ANY citizen who needs to use a backpack. They are DIRECTLY accusing (without actually saying it) all of those with backpacks of being potential thieves with this policy. If they claim that your backpack is safe with them because they have security cameras, then remember they have this policy BECAUSE they do not trust their cameras to protect their products. And your backpack may be picked up and walked off with by anyone in the store. Because they do not keep track of who came in with it. By the time you discover it missing it is TOO LATE to get it's contents back. And all they can and will do, is offer apologies and probably state they are not responsible for it being stolen. So you are forced to trust those who will not trust you. Or boycott the place because of it.

Towtruck Driver kept me informed of his arrival. Worked quickly efficiently & solved a winch problem - cable was bound up but he had it unnjamed in just a few minutes. Friendly courteous. Transmission was dead so he couldn't position car toward ramp but he figured it out. I steared and operated the breaks while he creativly winched it into position to line it up with flatbed ramp. I appreciated his professional experience. Cost was covered by my AAA membership.

I have always loved Bobby and Steve’s! I’ve never gotten bad service from them. They were very good about keeping me updated about my car and did only what was pre-approved. And! They have a great car wash..(complimentary with the service). Well, I’m back on another day. I love this place.. had a screw in my tire & said an hour wait..ten minutes later they had it in the garage! There’s a really cool waiting area up stairs. A 57 Chevy, restrooms, all kinds of food and drinks downstairs. Again, they helped me out of another tough spot! Thanks Bobby
