Horrible customer service! I was sitting in the car by one of the gas pump stations so that my friend can go into the store and grab a few things. When my friend went into the store the man who worked at the store came out of the store, yelling at me to move my car some elsewhere if I'm not getting any gas. I told him I was waiting for my friend to come out and he still continued to yell at me. I was sitting in the car with my child in the backseat while this man was yelling at me to get out of his parking. I wasn't doing anything wrong, but sitting there waiting for my friend, In silence, there was no one else in that parking lot pumping gas so I didn't understand the problem with me sitting there. I was so Disturbed, I seen my friend inside the store from my car and hand gesture that she come back to the car before spending her money here. She came back to the care and we went else where (super America). I'll never spend my money there.

Terrible place for a car wash. Always broken, soaps half of your vehicle then makes you exit. Happens all the time. Then they refuse to refund you. Very rude staff..

Terrible service I stopped coming here after my last visit a week or two ago. that it’s not even worth telling about because it’s gonna make me look bad but just know this place is messed up for their actions, felt so embarrassed in front of everyone.

Its a gas station and I don't have a car. However, I transfer to a bus almost daily on that corner. Sometimes I miss my connection and they are very nice about letting me wait inside when it is cold.

The worst. Sick..Horrible and bizarre customer service. I urgently needed to use the rest room and asked for the key before pumping gas.. but a few minutes later the..(employee.,owner??)..get out and hit hard the door several times.yelling and screaming: ""the bathroom is only for customers """..that happened In front of every body...I Couldn't believe it...I did not finish washing my hands. .I won't buy gas there anymore..I prefer to pay a few more cents somewhere else.

Manager or owner, unsure, is rude and never has his mask on. If you are following social distancing and mask mandates, I highly recommend you visit a different gas station. I used to use their car was often because it was the closest but the last time I did, there was issues with the machines resetting and not properly washing my car and when I tried to get my money back, the owner tried to blame me for the machine not working. Not a good business.

The car wash doesn't work well. The bottom half of my car didn't get touched and there was no air blast at the end, resulting in streaking and some water staining I had to clean manually. The irony was that I asked the fellow in the store I'd the cae wash worked, and he assured me that it worked perfectly.

I don’t love it here. You get gas it functions as a gas station but does not feel very safe. I pick many other gas stations over this one. It is closest to my house but not worth going. The landscaping is not great. The inside is very small I do not usually go in for anything. I have heard in the past of peoples cards getting copied here but it has never personally happened to me. The place does not give off good energy.

My cars security system tripped and wouldn’t let me start the car. I was stuck here for about 45 minutes before I got help getting it running again. The whole time the guy behind the counter was extremely friendly and even offered me coffee while I waited. When he suggested I walk to the auto shop nearby for help he said he would keep an eye on the car for me! He made the bad situation so much better for me!! Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name but I am extremely thankful to him for his help :))

Went to this location today around 5:10pm to fuel up a company rental and the clerk was incredibly aggressive and rude right off the bat. I had trouble swiping the company gas card as it is very old and bent and he raised his voice at me multiple times! I also lodged a complaint about this incident on the BP website, there is NO REASON I should have left this store IN TEARS because this man was so rude! I certainly will never return to this location for gas needs.

This is by far the best gas station in Minneapolis. I love the staff! Like I seriously love the staff. They are all wonderful human beings that truly care about the customers that go there. I've seen them pay for people gas, give away a quart of oil to someone in need, come outside to help open a gas tank for someone like they are just all so wonderful. They make me smile every time I walk in!

Absolute worst gas station in the twin cities. Staff accused people of stealing. Generally unhelpful and pissed. Denies use of restroom to public transit employees. Store filthy. Filling stations routinely out of wipes, washer fluid. Employees cannot refund a carwash when carwash isn't working. Employees behave as if it's a chore to do their jobs.
