Very rude. Lady at the register was no help and spoke to me the rudest manner. She was sassy at me and was annoyed that I was even there. Don’t recommend going here don’t give these fools money.

This horrible place the manager mike is one of the rudest manager i have ever come across i bought oil and filter yesterday when i try return they try refund less money for what i paid i pay 43.73 4 5w 20 and filter but one of the latino guy who spoke little english try return 39.99 when asked him he spoke spanish which i don,t understand and kind rudely tell to sighn when tell him that is not what i have paid he get mad and called manager called mike .instead of resolving the told to sighn without any explaination yeiling at me to sighn i said no i need my full refund. Finaly refund me back my money and yeild to leave my store which kindy rude a manager would act that way. This stealing money from people i hope corp see this make this place our welcoming instead of chasing away customer and ruing this bussiness reputation

went in to buy a battery and they sold me the wrong one also told me the wrong information when it comes to the return policy also gave attitude. also, they said they had two in stock and then they didn’t. they sent me to the one down the street because allegedly they had to there but then I went to the one down the street and they said they didn’t have any and said the one on Clinton did which is this one? Also this location doesn’t even let you borrow tools. I don’t even know how they’re still in business

We came to auto zone for a socket to change the license plates on our vehicle. We didn't know what size we needed thus auto zone was where we chose to come and it was in the neighborhood. We were being helped by a young man but he wasn't helpful at all. I asked him what kind of socket did we need to buy, and he said he couldn't help us unless we knew the size, so I asked what kind of socket package would be the right one and that we would just buy the set so we can find the correct socket. He said we had to know this, we'll if we knew this, we wouldn't need help. So it got frustrating. He kept talking about how we have to find out the size first, so I finally said, I don't need the talking, I need someone else who can actually help, to go out and look to see the car itself so I can buy the right socket set. Jamie saw we were frustrated and stepped in, he was willing to go out to the vehicle to look at what we needed, he allowed me to voice my frustration and then he quickly solved my problem, understanding that we were the customers and we were there for expertise and guidance as to what we were looking for. He changed our plates for us and made it right. I will certainly come back to autozone again, because we have several vehicles and of course, we will always need some kind of tool kit for our diverse trucks. But I will only work with Jamie S. He knows that help and service goes hand in hand and that builds relationships, relationships build loyalty and trust,loyalty builds industries, industries builds business and business builds revenue to continue on for generations. Jamie isn't looking for one sale at the counter, hes building lifetime sales from the community. And that is how a business survives by thinking long term, building relationships, and seeing customers as not just the next sale, instead Jamie puts action to having a community respect and appreciate Autozone as part of the much needed auto parts store in this community. Thank you Jamie for helping us today, we are glad that you make differences in a positive way, I will be back for sockets and socket wrenches. I was think of changing my bumper on my dodge ram.

Took my alternator here. Got false results due to the employee who tested it. Didn't know what he was doing. But I give him the benefit of the doubt because he was never trained on the machine and basically had to train himself because none of the other stuck up employees were courteous enough to train him. Also if you are disliked. You will not be serviced at the counter.

He even helped me install the new battery in my car. I don’t know what I would’ve did if it wasn’t for Will. I don’t know if he was a manager, but he sure should be.

I do NOT RECOMMEND this location there is an older guy who has a really bad attitude. I bought a battery charger but did not realize it had a wall cord, my car was at a cub foods parking lot where exactly would i charge that in the span of 15mins. (Thankfully one of the battery connectors were loose and only needed tightening.) He proceeded to accuse me of “knowing what i was gonna do just by looking at me” racist much? I did open the package but did not use the charger, as i said where exactly would I charge it in the span of that time while you would have to take the battery out from the car to do so, 15mins is not enough time to do all that. The Store won’t run out of service by me not going but people should know NEVER to let others treat them like that no matter how right they think they are.
