Terrible customer service. Tried to make an appt to fix a chip in my windsheild and they would not make the appt. Just terribly rude. I suppose business is good after our big hail storm last week so they don't need my business-nor would I give it to them.

When others said our windows were too old and needed full replacement and they couldn't replace the fogged failed panes, Rapid Glass said they could, and did, and they look like new and come with a warranty. Rapid Glass is an amazing company. When a glass shelf of my 125 yr old curio was broken by a moving company I was heartbroken. The curio has been handed down through 3 generations and someday to my Grandaughter.
