If I could I wouldn't give this place one star I took my car there to replace a radiator now my AC is not working It was a good shop when David owned ot but now I would not recommend this place to a stray dog off the street

No job too small or too big for this auto repair shop. They do most jobs the same day. This is where I go. Being a woman, you need someone who will help with your auto problems and not try to rob you. I like David's Auto. They are really good at what they do. I live in Burnsville but travel all the way to Minneapolis to this shop whenever I have auto problems. Always satisfied with their work.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would! THIS PLACE IS A SCAMM! i literally was scammed out of my money because for one, they did not disclose that they were taken over by a new owner who is a fraud. Ive been coming here for years and just in the last year or two every time i come here for one issue i leave unknowingly with a bigger issue. They basically half fix any issue then create a bigger more expensive one so that you can keep coming back. Soon as i called the owner out for being a scammer he starts taking photos of me for god knows what.

Went there to get an oxygen sensor replaced. I showed them a picture of the code from my reader. He asked if I wanted diagnostics, I told him no since I have the code. Replaced oxygen sensor. Light came back on said it was my fault for not getting diagnostics. Brought truck back, they did diagnostics and came back as needing to replace the same sensor I thought they already replaced. He told me that I told them to replace the other one, when in-fact I showed them the code reader and they replaced the wrong sensor. Had to pay twice because of their mistake. Both invoices just say "replaced oxygen sensor"Never will come back again which is unfortunate because they are close to my house.

Called this morning and Luz sounded rude also assume she doesn't speak english. Apparently they do not do price quotes over the phone and you have to stop by for them to give you a price. They don't even know what the job is going to be.Obviously a red flag there. A couple of years ago it used to be good when David was there. Not anymore.

I had a great first experience at Rauls today. I needed to replace a burnt headlight bulb. Everyone was super nice. They discovered a taillight that was also out and replaced that too. And they must have checked the tire pressure because the tire light that was on was off after they were done with it. I was thinking I had to deal with that on my own afterward but then realized they took care of it! I was in and out in less than 45 minutes and everyone was super nice. I feel good supporting this local business and will probably be back for future servicing. They all felt like good people to me. And that is needed so much in our world right now.

I found this place on on my insurance roadside links, and called since they were open. They got my car on Monday, said it would be done Tuesday, but it didn't get done until Thursday. They didn't communicate much with me in between, could have been the language barrier. Overall, happy with the service they performed on my truck. Will use them again in the future.

After replacing all the suspension components on my car and adding an aftermarket, adjustable control arm, I needed an alignment. Another shop had my car for 2 days and couldn't figure out how to do the alignment because the aftermarket control arm confused them. I was in a hurry because I had planned to start a road trip that day. Raul's did my alignment while I waited and got it done ASAP. They charged less than the other shop too.

If you depend on your car to get to work. You should bring it here. You may not like what they tell you but they are experts and they will tell you what needs to be done to get you to work and back safely and reliably. Listen to them, they are your car's doctor. I have been here several times and I always leave happy. I know it's hard to spend the money but in the long run you will be glad you did. They exceed my expectations. They have excellent mechanics. Trust me, trust them. They know what they're doing. If you and I knew what we were doing, we wouldn't be looking for a mechanic. If you NEED your car, they will fix the real problem.
