I recently moved to Minneapolis and needed to find a new car repair shop. Saw the really good reviews for precision auto tune and decided to give them a try. I have been there twice in the last three months to get two different cars serviced. The first was a check engine light on my pick up. Rob checked it out and it was a small thing related to my gas cap which he fixed and did not even charge me. The next was getting new brakes and rotors on my daughter’s car and that was done at a very reasonable price, less than I expected to pay. I only have positive things to say about this location and I am very glad I have found a trusted car repair shop near my new home.

Phenomenal service and honesty. Brought a car in that was claimed to be on the last leg for tires and brake pads. Precision did an exact measurement of tread to show me that my tires had several thousand miles left along with the thickness of my brake pads which also had much more life left. Got a thorough summary of how my car was running and what exactly was inspected. They took additional time to tell me about some preventative maintenance for my engine and potentially saved me from damaging it. Will definitely keep this as my go to shop.

Just had my van fixed here and had a wonderful experience!!! We had a warranty through our dealership that was a pain to work through, but they went above and beyond to make sure everything worked with them!! Then, they fixed it promptly!! They were honest and open with me the entire time. There was quite a bit to be fixed so he told me what was priority and what could wait if we needed to. I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me as a woman! Just honest care and good customer service.
