Love supporting a local auto shop! Called in about a leaking tire - they told me to come in and they might be able to get it done. I arrived and got checked in by a really nice girl up front - and was quoted time under an hour. To my delight - they got my car in and out under an hour! The owner is a really nice guy, too! I'll be back for oil changes because they offer a punch card for oil changes. Thank you so much!

Well, I bought a headlight assembly and they didn’t install well, I call to see how it can be solved and they just tell me to see what can be done... but they don’t assure me to fix what is done and I prefer not to come back, besides the manager is rude and treats you as if you weren’t from this country (you know what I mean) and makes poor excuses…The mechanics don’t know how to explain the problem and they are rude if you don’t agree with them

Brenda and staff at Lake Auto Center are professional, efficient, and accommodating. Whenever I need help with my car they are always there and available. I've been a customer for at least 5 years, buying my tires there. If my tire sensor lights up I stop in and they amalw sure everything is okay. Lake auto center is one of the best shops in South mpls, I have been a customer since 2017 and I cant say enough about how well the have treated me. Between Maryjane and Brenda managing the front desk to Freddie, Oscar, and the rest of the mechanics, they show respect, transparency, and treat the vehicles like they are their own. They are timely on follow-ups and repairs and leave the customer feeling like they have been treated right and their vehicle fine tuned.
