Is this a real service? When I called, I was directed by AI to a website to book an appointment, and couldn't finish the process until I gave my financial information. I'm not paying BEFORE the work is done. This feels like a scam. If you're real people who actually do the work, I'd like to book the appointment and talk to a human being. And I'm definitely not paying you before you show up.

Made an appointment 3 weeks out to accommodate morning schedule. 1 week out he tells me he had a cancellation and can come out sooner. The day comes and he never showed up. Finally comes time for our appointment 3 weeks later and tells me he will be 3 hours late. Never answers the phone. I’m sure he does good work but only if you have the time to wait for it **update 8/11/23 They sent out a mechanic to fix my car but instead of fixing they damaged my car and i had to call another mechanic to fix the damage. Couldn’t get a hold of the person who came out couldn’t get a hold of anyone in the company. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I replaced the battery on one of our fleet's buses, and it worked just fine. Two days later the bus wouldn't start. Battery tested fine, but no start I believed was due to the starter going bad. The lady that picked up in the call center here said they are unable to assist since I recently replaced the battery. I can have the bus towed and a shop will replace the starter, even though it has a new battery.... But this "mobile mechanic" company won't do the job? I don't understand that at all. We have a massive fleet that I would certainly consider using this company for, but unfortunately for them the first chance I gave them will be their last chance.

I had a decent experience my first time using however this time my service was rescheduled 3 times due to cold weather (I understand). The only problem is after the 2nd rescheduling I called in and said "hey it looks like the day you rescheduled me for is going to be colder than the day it was originally booked for- can you move me back a day when it will be 15-20 degrees warmer?" Joann (service agent): we can't move you back a day until we need to reschedule. Me: okay well is his schedule open for tomorrow (Thursday)? Joann: yes it is, we will be able to reschedule you for anytime on Thursday or Friday, only after he says it’s too cold Me: okay I guess that’s fine, just please notify me immediately. Joann: no problem. Well, today I got the service update about rescheduling cause it’s obviously too cold. I call in within the minute of the update only to tell me that the mechanic is booked up until Tuesday!! 5 days out... I've been in the roto for well over a week. Not very honorable communication.

Scammers, foul mouth mechanic. That red flag was so obvious. Called back and he wanted to charge me to make him drive back to my house so he can honor his work. That scammer said verbal he will honor his work. Called the company number and another mechanic answered. That mechanic said that is between you and him and not me. I said well what happens next. 2nd mechanic said he will come take a look that is why i am writinf this. Scammers…..i got the texts and scammer personal phone number. Which is probably against their policy. Skip these scammers

Do NOT use Mobile Mechanic Pros Minneapolis. I called to have an AC evacuation performed on my 2007 INFINITI G35x. When I asked the dispatcher if they are EPA certified to perform the work, he disconnected the call. When I called back, another dispatcher answered, so I explained the work I needed again. During our conversation, the dispatcher began talking to someone else on the call, and then transferred me back to the first person I spoke with, who was actually driving while talking with me. He then asked a third time for the year, make, and model of my vehicle. When I told him I had already given that information twice, he said, “We’re a lot busier than you. If you don’t want the service, I’ll hang up.” When I told him I’m calling his business for service, he hung up on me. It appears Mobile Mechanic Pros Minneapolis couldn’t care less about retaining my business. Absolutely unprofessional and rude, which is why they have a three-star Google rating.

We paid for 24 hour turn around time and the mechanic took almost a week to come out figure out what was wrong, then took another 2 days to fix it and then the problem was only solved for 72 hours. To even get the mechanic out the first time we were told to really just contact the mechanic a lot because he can forget. However that isn’t our responsibility as the customers. The company says they have a 30 day period where they will come look at it again to guarantee their work however the mechanic isn’t coming back out or responding and we’ve reached out to the business multiple times and the mechanic. Meanwhile while it took this long to get someone out to fix the truck my partner was also paying for Ubers to and from work since his truck wasn’t up and running which also was a huge cost outside of what they charged for “24 hour turn around time” that ended up taking weeks.
