Brought my vehicle in a couple times for large repair work and upon getting it back the second time there were black finger prints all over above the door inside the vehicle and a piece broken off of my rear driver side wheel laying in my backseat. Very unprofessional and when I finally brought it up after the visit after that due to even more extremely dirty finger prints inside the car it was dealt with in even a more unprofessional way. Oh and then wanted 11,000 for a used motor with 100,000 miles. Id recommend elsewhere, but that's just my experience.

Brady is a terrible car mechanic! Run for your life! This guy is a fraud! I am have been dealing with him for 9yrs. I recently brought my vehicle in for a check engine light. They first charged us 1300 plus and then later charged 800plus. When we showed up to pick up our car the bill was $1300 plus. And the previous 1300 plus.We asked the cashier to call Brady the owner, he came on the phone and had nothing to explain but instead hang up on US. This car mechanic is a total fraud and I regret ever working with him. He is not a good person. All he is about is money and zero work or customer service! If you’re considering him to fix your car please run!

Horrible experience. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!! I took my tire to be patched on 10/17/22. After the repair was done I only made it two blocks before my car steering wheel was shaking. This had not been happening prior to my arrival at the shop. I immediately took the car back. Brady's staff took a look at it and said everything looked good. It was Fast forward two days as I took my car to another company to get new tires. I heard from that company a short time later and they stated they could not change my tires because there was a broken stud on the tire that I had just had fixed at Brady's. I didn't even know what that meant. The tire company explained that whoever had put the tire on had broke the stud. I called Brady's back and they denied breaking the stud. They tried to tell me that it was broken when I arrived. I had helped my husband change my flat tire and all of lugs were there and in good shape and the only place I drove was from my driveway to Brady's shop which is only a mile. After I called Brady's out they continued to argue that the stud was broken on my arrival. Brady's also sent a text to my husband claiming that they told me that Jason who fixed the tire, told me that the stud was broken. This was an OUTRIGHT LIE! Nothing was said about the stud. My assumption is that Jason broke it and doesn't want to get into trouble with his boss. There was nothing on my receipt about a broken stud or any recommendations about getting it fixed. Brady's admitted in the text that they put the recommendation on their records after I left. Ten minutes after I called them they also came back claiming to have video footage of my car with the broken stud, but at the time of this review we have no evidence of that.

I’ve been holding off writing this review to see how my son’s vehicle operated after the service we had done at Brady’s. My son is a freshman at college in Moorhead and needs a vehicle for his studies. I wasn’t crazy about him having a vehicle at school as a freshman but circumstances are what they are. He brought his car to school and everything seemed fine. Within a week of having it at school the vehicle became inoperable and was in need of diag and repair. We live three hours away so it isn’t practical for me to go there to handle it. I did some research online and found Brady’s was within 2 miles of campus. I read the reviews and I dismissed most of the negative comments as people who always think services should be cheaper. I needed service and their website stated that they cater to college students who are away from home. I was stuck and decided to give them a call. They were great to deal with and they communicated with me every step of the way. On top of that, they got the diag and the repairs done the same day he dropped it off. The vehicle is 20 years old with 200k on the odometer so it needs periodic maintenance. I’m happy with my first experience at Brady’s and will not hesitate to have them work on my sons vehicle again. The repair was $1500 which isn’t cheap BUT all the parts and labor necessary to complete the repairs were in line and appropriate for a vehicle with this many miles. Vehicles are expensive to maintain, plain and simple. If you are like me and managing vehicles from afar, consider giving Brady’s a call. I’m happy that I did.

I have lived many places in the USA! I trust Bradys Service Center! They are honest, reasonable priced, knowledgeable, and follow up on my repairs! They are the only auto repair place I bring my vehicle! If I owned a Rolls-Royce or a high performance muscle car I would bring it to Bradys Service Center! I refer people who ask my opinion where to take their vehicle...my slogan is "Bring it to Bradys!

Their gas is insanely overpriced. But Corwin doesn’t sell gas so you’re doing better than them.

Update: sold the car and the guy said the connector to the used fan we put in just needed to be cleaned and it works fine now. Took in a 2009 Ford Edge to have the radiator fan looked at as it was not turning on. I gave them a backstory of what was going on and how we replaced the fan with a used one but the original is in the trunk if they wanted to test it out and see if it was even faulty to begin with. Explained that we checked all fuses and everything seemed good. They finally messaged me saying they don’t know why it’s not working but do know the installed fan is a functioning one just has some sort of disconnect that’s causing it not to turn on. They said the next day they’ll do some more digging.I asked for the price they said $358 and it was a running bill. I explained that I understand it’s electrical which can take a little longer but don’t want to run up the bill. I then called in the afternoon and they said they’re taking a look and have sort of an idea of what it is. My frustration is that after 2.5 hours and a backstory how have you not narrowed it down, why have you not kept me updated and when would they have stopped? I asked them to just stop working on it because I didn’t want to get hit with an extremely expensive diagnostic bill. They use all modern tech and could easily put in the codes they found and figured out the most likely solution. Like I explained I also asked them to stop because I wasn’t going to pay for even more time when it seems like the info they provided me is adequate enough to make a decision.

The guys are great! They look at everything and make sure you have all the options before they do the work. They always find a time to get you in, sometimes even when it’s spontaneous! Thanks for always taking care of my vehicle!

Good gasoline station! Be careful driving out as the curbside borders are not marked, easy to run off and damage car when dark. They should market the driveway. Also, it is the inly place in town where you can buy real no ethanol high octane gasoline. Most of other stations have old stickers claiming ethanol free options, which is no longer true because they all get gasoline from the Marathon refinery in Mandan, ND and they mix ethanol at the refinery now.

I would not recommend Brady's Service Center to anyone! My car started having some issues, so I had it towed to their service station. Initially they told me that the spark plugs and one coil was misfiring they quoted me $604. Then a couple days later they told me that a couple of cables needed to be cleaned as they were corroded for an additional $27. They also said the front brakes were almost metal on metal so that was another $472.I approved all this and they said they would have it done by the next day. However, that was not the case. I then got another text saying there was a crankshaft position sensor that needed to be replaced and now my total was going to be $1321. Once again I was already into it, so I agree to this. But this was just the beginning as I come to find out. After a month of them having my car and working on it, I was now told that I needed a new computer and that my final bill would be close to $2000. Moving forward, I did not hear from them unless I would periodically text asking when my car would be done. They told me they were still working on it. Finally, after 4 months of them "working" on my car they told me it was done, but now my total was $3965.24. I did not agree to any additional charges, nor was I told that there would be additional charges. On top of that when I went to pick it up they didn't have the receipt ready for me. So I wasn't allowed to get it. So I had to go back the next day and when I did, there was damage to the bumper, grease all over the inside, and my trunk didn't pop, and all four tires were low. After 4 months, they couldn't even air up my tires! I then had to take it to another shop to fix my trunk for $78, they were also nice enough to air up my tires for me. I also got quotes for the bumper repair, which is going to be $1307 and detailing for $350. I text Brady's Service Center with photos of my bumper and they didn't even respond to me. Claiming "they didn't get my texts". Even though most of our communication was through text. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!

I took my car to this shop bc I had no heat in December. I told them I got a diagnostic read for thermostat/valve open. They sent me a quote for 1700, I said go ahead. Then it wasn’t fixed told me they needed a blend door it would be another 600 something. I drove my car out of this shop as they had her. The passenger side glove box was taken apart and now the air bag and engine light is on. My car is ruined. This dude has robbed the community of Moorhead with fraud. But there is laws to protect Minnesotans from this dude and his shop. Choose accordingly but this guy lied right to my face. I think he was trying to make the bill so high I couldn’t drive my car out of his tiny shop. I’m speaking with lawyers today and will have this shop exploited. I also had to call in sick the week he took my car putting my job at risk. Has he done this to others? If so comment we can form a case!? Does he have your car and won’t return it, comment. This guys a fraud
