Went to Breeze 8/21/25 to wash my car that had been sitting for about a year. The woman (wish I got her name) came out and assisted me in picking the wash, and looked at my poor car and said, "its been sitting awhile, if this doesn't get it clean, come back again and we'll do it for free" - HOWEVER, no need to come back (though I will, and gladly pay) they spent extra time and effort on the pre wash and my car came out beautifully. Not only that, vacuum is free which is awesome. FYI - there is a tip container before you go through the car wash, bring some cash, I wish I had, and I will next time. They deserve the tip. Best service around.

What a great new car wash! Easy to access, right off the highway, with a Starbucks next door to boot! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Car came out super clean too - definitely will return, and next time I’ll try the vacuum!

This car wash has some intense blowers at the end of the wash. This panel came off my car and luckily they held onto it for me when I realized the next day. The system did a nice job but perhaps a bit too much pressure.

Jarvis is the man, and the team of Breeze is awesome! There’s about 100 car washes popping up in southeastern CT but Breeze is by far the best for price, location, and customer service. I bought the monthly plan and I get my car washed every week, it’s never looked better. Yesterday Jarvis power washed my car mats/cargo mat, gave me a microfiber towel, and a new air freshener. The customer service is unmatched.

We had a monthly subscription at Breeze Car Wash for about two months before trying out a new car wash that opened right next to our house. Big mistake! The difference in quality and service was immediately obvious. Breeze consistently gets our car cleaner, and the staff is always friendly and professional. We also love that it’s a family-owned business — you can really feel the pride they take in what they do. Even though it’s a bit farther for us now, it’s 100% worth the extra drive. We canceled the new place and came right back to Breeze. Great wash, great service — highly recommend!

*edited to respond to their reply* After posting this on multiple pages, I have found out that I am not the only person who has received damage to their vehicle after going through their car wash. I believe that the pressure is too high because someone’s weather stripping has gotten ripped off, a vehicle has been scratched, a mirror has been damaged, and my window cracked. I didn’t have a crack on my windshield before going through, there was no stone that hit, I would’ve noticed. While watching the footage countless times with my husband and two workers from this car wash, we couldn’t see the damage and the manager told us that the angle he showed us was the only one that would show it at a good view point. I asked to see other camera shots to which he responded that the camera was too low and wouldn’t show anything. I asked for the camera shots at the check in part and right at the entrance of the tunnel that would’ve showed the perfect angle. The manager repeatedly showed me different things that could’ve been “the crack” and showed me bird poop every time. The manager also told me that it doesn’t make sense I didn’t hear a noise when said crack occurred, on top of the car wash, my radio, or my child screaming I don’t think that I would’ve heard anything other than the noises going on inside my car. I was also told that it’s random that “theyve been open for 2 weeks, washed countless cars, and my random crack in the windshield to be the first damage done to a car is just weird”. It’s okay that they’re in the wrong but it’s not cool that they lie and dont take accountability for their “soft scrubbers” 😀 Went through the car wash with no crack in my windshield (picture 1 was from Saturday and picture 2&3 are from car wash cameras) came out of my car wash with a crack in my windshield. Everyone was kind when dealing with them but super frustrating that they aren’t taking any responsibility with their “soft scrubbers” and the inability for their car wash to damage any vehicles because they’ve been in business for 2 weeks.

My husband and I have a membership at this car wash for each of our vehicles, and I have nothing but positive things to say! They frequently offer microfiber towels and air fresheners, and have even given my kiddo stickers. The car wash is tough on dirt, but gentle on paint. The staff is very friendly. Pricing is extremely reasonable. The vacuums work well.

I live in Groton. Where its the city of car washes, and still prefer to travel over the bridge to come to this car wash. The staff are so friendly and helpful and I love that they wash your mates for free and get a free air freshener and microfiber rag. I come here at least twice a week.
