buyer beware had my truck up in Leominster for two weeks never fixed it charge me nearly $700 and I told him I was picking it up and he said it had two flat tires and he said he would fill them up but never did so I had it towed back costing me more money found out one of the rims were bent wasn't when I sent it up stay away bad experience

Called and spoke with him about getting my transmission fixed he said yes ordered one etc. Took about 2 weeks for him to be done, picked it up drove it for 2-3 days to my car just stopping, called him had it towed back to him come to find out the hose he attached he clamped with plastic it broke off so he used a medal one, picked it up few days later noticed it's leaking transmission fluid, brought it to him he said screw was to small, replaced the screw, picked it back up and still same thing, took back AGAIN he said was my gasket he fixed it, picked it up and still doing the same. I tried calling him, going down there and he is avoiding me doesn't want to fix nothing. I would NOT recommend anyone going there. WORST SERVICE EVER..!!!!!!!!

These guys were very helpful I have a 3000gt VR4 which was sold to me "as is" however the jackass that sold it to me said it only needed a clutch and he would replace it so I took his word, bottom line the car needed a whole new tranny and flywheel. They helped me located a transmission as they are difficult to find for this car. Brian told me everything that was wrong helping me understand as I am genuinely interested in learning about more about my car. Not only that he was very understanding about my situation being sold an undrivable car so he really cut me a break with the cost of everything. The crew over here really want to help and are dedicated to actually fixing the problem unlike some shops out there who just want to bandaid the issue and charge you full price. These guys know there stuff I will never look for another shop to go to and I highly recommend Brians you will not be disappointed.

Brian has done a master rebuild of transmissions on 2 of my old vehicles, and a clutch job on my other vehicle. He is the BEST!!! Easy to deal with, VERY knowledgeable, and his prices are MORE than fair. I will never bring my vehicles any other place!!!

If I could do less than 1 star I would, Worst experience ever. Had my car for 4 weeks for transmission rebuild never changes the solenoids so still not fixed and just got it back from different mechanic my car is junk ..... and he never put the bolts back in the left hand side ball joint NEVER returns call when you want him to honor his supposed warranty ..... WARNING BUYER BEWARE 2700.00 car is junk have to part it out cuz the damage he did

We had our transmission "supposedly" rebuilt for $2,000!! and it started doing the same thing it did before the rebuild. Why because most of you wont know because your not gonna take apart your transmission but he left all the solenoids and the original gasket. So he lies knowing it's not a full rebuild. To top it off truck was under warranty and Brian wanted to charge us $300 to fix something he should have in the first place. We've been out of a vehicle and my son is disabled and has missed several appointments because he decided to do bad buisness. Sadly I was recommending him until the issues started for months now. Then when we call nicely to see if he will fix what he claims to warranty and he says " yea I never did the solenoids till now." "now I replace them in the rebuilds" ....... really. Smh what kind of establishment you running there? False warranties, bad service, shiesty ways.Then to top it off when my husband was there he got in the vehicle and went to leave and realized that Brian had left his snap on diagnostic tranni tester in my truck so my HONEST husband came in with his expensive tester and returned it to Brian. This is what he gets for being nice. Best part is when my hubby called Brian he was rude and extremely unprofessional and had the audacity to quote us 300 for something he should have done in the first place. Thanks Brian for being the reason I dont trust Mechanic's and people. You should be very ashamed of the way you lied about services, talked and treated your customers and you left a family with out a truck to get to all his medical appointments.

Recently my mother brought her car to this shop because she heard that they were reputable. Her transmission went and she had it towed there. She tried to find out when her car would be done. The owner told her that he had to fix his girlfriend's car before he fixed his customers' cars. She waited three weeks without any word on the repair. After she called him several times to no avail, she decided to go get her keys and take her car.Somewhere else. She also couldn't get the keys back for a week because he wouldn't answer his calls. And he had her keys inside his shop. My mother had to call the police department too. Get her keys back. My mother is 83 years old and uh for this person to do this to her and leave her without a car or any word on when it was going to be done, is absolutely Uncomprehendable. I wouldn't take my daughter's barbie jeep to this place to be fixed. The owner clearly doesn't want business. So go ahead and fix your girlfriend's car. Hopefully, after this review, you'll have more time to do so.
