Good place to service your vehicle although the wait is long, it's best to drop it off and they used to give a courtesy ride, but the last time it seemed like they didn't care. I have been a customer for many years.

These guys are great. Plus you have Jason's Deli round the corner, Sabu Sabu next door and Sprouts too if you want to kill some time while they are doing your repair. Great service and nice friendly staff too. Highly recommended.

I have taken my vehicle to the Firestone at Gulfway Shopping Center 5 times and the issues they caused are still not resolved. NOTE: After I payed $$$1,230.00, I learned that they are not supposed to work on vehicles with spacers because it is a liability. But they did it anyways. And now I’ve bought two sets of spacers out of my own pocket and a brake caliper. And they are refusing to fix the lug nuts they cross threaded unless I prove they did it. When I received my vehicle back from them the caliper was bad. We are reasonable people and calipers go bad, so we went home and replaced it. No biggie. The car vibrates until your arms are numb and pulls to the right. I was told “we fixed what we were supposed to fix. I don’t know what you expect us to do.” It takes two visits to find out they aren’t supposed to be working on my car and they blame the alignment and vibrating on my lifted vehicle with larger tires and spacers EVENTHOUGH I never had issue before they carelessly worked on my vehicle. When we took the vehicle to get the cross threaded lug nut fixed, we asked them to check all of them. They lied to our faces and said they checked them. We didnt find out for two weeks until my husband was going to do some last adjustments to the wheel spacers to see if he could get the rest of the vibrating out. Can’t get the tire off because, guess what…two more cross threaded lug nuts. Upon reporting this we were told that if we can prove they did it then they will fix it. We are in process of reporting to corporate. I do not recommend this location per the incompetence of the mechanics and carelessness to deny service vehicles that are out of their professional scope. I will continue to post if this matter has successfully been resolved by the company.

Apparently they like to keep the keys for the locked wheel nut. Now that I have a flat they want me to go pick it up. I’m pretty sure I need that key they kept to take my tire off to put my spare and go back.
