Raz is unbelievably honest!! Wow. Our son had the a/c fan replaced by him in August, 2023. It failed late June 2024. By then, the car was in California. Raz honored the warranty immediately (he Zelled me the refund almost instantly even before the fan was returned to him) and worked with our mechanic in California to get the part returned! Thanks Raz. Our son will be back if he needs anything once he returns to LA. Nice to know there are honest people still in this world.

All of my cars problems were identified and recommended service assessed honestly and fairly. You do not find that type or honesty in the car repair service as with Razvan the owner. His integrity is what impressed me and the level of service and expertise in fixing all of the problems was done right the first time. Did what he promised when he promised it with no surprises. Nice clean shop and nice clean work. Highly recommend. Still going here after my last review years ago. He knows what the dealership misdiagnosed and misses. His labor rate is reasonable and his work is dependable. I would give him 6 stars if I could. The one negative review on here is unjust and unwarranted. Service and work ethic does not get any better than this shop. It is a blessing and a privilege to have my car worked on by Raz. He handles my maintenance and my repairs. Still driving a 2012 750li with well over 100,000 miles on it thanks to this shop.

I finally have my permanent mechanic for my 2007 Mercedes Benz, after reading all the great reviews I brought my car in for struts and few other maintenance issues. I can not begin to express how honest, up front and reasonably priced the service from Briskers was. Raz kept me updated with the progress with photos and text every step of the way. If you want to have a trustworthy mechanic that won't tell you that you need unnecessary work done then this is the place hands down to take your vehicle!!! Thank You Raz I'll be return customer.

Raz repaired my wife's Volvo, single day service, quality work, and two other mechanics had declined because Volvo's can be difficult. Job well done. Just finished my BMW, set up a drop date based on when I could get away from work, was ready for me when I dropped. Quote for repair took 10 minutes, work competed in 4 hours. Dealer wanted to keep my car overnight for a full day plus more. I'll return and never go to dealer again. I highly recommend Briskers.

I recently had my vehicle repaired (water pump, thermostat) with Briskers Foreign Car Repair and I am very glad that I found this shop. I have an Audi Q5 and will never take it to a stealership again. Raz is the man to see if you intend to take your vehicle in for repairs for he will get your vehicle back on the road. Also my experience with Raz is that he is a straight shooter and not a ripoff or con artist. Mr. Razvan & his staff were such warm, friendly, knowledgeable & a professional team. Briskers Foreign Car Repairs really went above and beyond with my car repairs. He truly was great, I had the best experience in working with Raz, considering I have only allowed Park Place Mercedes to do any type of repairs or work on my E-320. The services & accommodations he provided to my car & myself was nothing short of feeling as I was still at Park Place Mercedes in Dallas, TX. My 2004 Toyota RAV4 was having fuel leak and Raz was extremely helpful with identifying the problem and providing the solution. Fuel tank and injectors needed to be replaced (among other associated parts) because of the wear and tear of the salted roads in the Midwest. Raz displayed nothing but honesty, a straight forward attitude and a lot of patience as unexpectedly our vehicle ended up holding space in his garage for over a month. My wife and I are grateful for the amazing service and never felt we were being overcharged or taken advantage of. Would highly recommend to everyone to go to Briskers first (or at least get a second opinion) with your foreign cars and future issues.

My 2013 Volvo XC 90 was making a terrible noise when I would drive it in the rain and make a sharp turn or pull into some parking spaces. It had to be repaired, but where should I go? I researched repair shops in my vicinity and found Briskers Foreign Car Repair. It had a great Better Business Bureau rating and great customer reviews. I brought it in to the shop about 8:30 on a Thursday morning and spoke with Raz. He ran the diagnostics on the car and found out it was something called a steering angle sensor (a part in the steering column). He notified me a little after 6 PM that evening that he had stayed late, that the job was completed and it was working properly. He said he would take it out for a drive the next morning (Friday). I picked it up about 10:30 on Friday morning and so far everything is fine. I don't know very much about cars but Raz gave me some good information about what the problem was and what had to be done. It was so nice to take my car to someone who was willing to patiently explain everything. Thanks Raz for your great help!

This week, was scheduled for an appointment with dealership in Kenner but after reading the countless horrible reviews the previous night I made a change of plans and went straight to Briskers in the AM. I was in and out and RAZ was very professional, informative, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this establishment, even though they’re under alot of pressure and work, they still get the job done effectively and efficiently. Do not go to dealership go to Briskers. 💯

We were visiting the area from Arkansas and started hearing a noise in front end of car. Called briskers and they worked us in and diagnosed our issue. He wouldn’t have been able to repair our vehicle since we were needing to get back home the next day. He informed us would be able to make it home with the issue. Highly recommend this shop.
