Extremely Disappointing Customer Service I recently visited Uncle Sam auto care for assistance with pre purchase assessment.. and I must say that my experience was extremely disappointing. The person attending to me seemed disinterested and even rude throughout the interaction. I had several questions about the services. However, the person was unwilling to provide clear answers and appeared impatient when I asked for further clarification. His attitude was very off-putting and left me feeling frustrated and unheard. Unfortunately, my encounter with this particular staff member fell far below the expected standards. It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessional behavior when seeking assistance. I hope that the management of the auto care takes customer feedback seriously and addresses these issues promptly. No one should leave a service center feeling disrespected and disappointed. I sincerely hope that my feedback helps improve the overall experience for future customers. In conclusion, my visit to the Uncle Sam auto care was marred by the extremely rude behavior of the person attending to me. I hope that steps are taken to ensure that others don't have to go through a similar ordeal.

Best tire shop ever! In and out in less than 10 minutes and didn't even have to get the kids out of the car, you just pull in tell them what you need and they take care of everything. I've never gotten a used tire and had it installed in such an affordable and timely manner! If I could give them 100 stars I would.

Had them put on and spin balance some new tires I bought in the mail. Fast service, low price for the labor. In and out in 25 mins, no waiting 2-3 hours like at NTB or other chain tire shops. I'll definitely go back in the future.

Sooo appreciative of Uncle Sam’s, we came in town for the weekend Friday and my A/C quit on the trip in. We did some research Saturday morning and found Uncle Sam - they were able to fit us in, evaluate and repair my A/C in 2 hours. They really saved our vacation and were knowledgeable and well priced!

Do not trust them. First they lied and told me they can install everything before they closed. I arrived and after they sold me the tires, they told me I would have to come tomorrow to finish getting them balanced. Smh! I got home and noticed my tires did not have even amount of air. I never went back. The tires did not last longer then a year. 2 tires literally grew a bubble from the inside of the tire. I will show it to you the pictures. I called in to see if the tires had any warranty since the tires where fairly new and they said no. They barely tried to help me. It’s just so sad that these type of people do business here. You would think they know how to do honest business. I should of turned around as quick as possible since they where rude to me when a first got there. If you see this review turn around as quick as possible.

100% recommended! We got a flat tire and needed to make a 9 hour drive home. Uncle Sam’s was the only place that would get us in the same day! When we arrived they worked on us quickly and we’re able to get us out within 30 minutes, even though they were short staffed. The owner Sam worked with us and made sure our car was ready and safe to take back on the road! Very professional and personable!

My 2015 Fiat 500 Abarth is not a popular car to work on, so I was very relieved when I called Uncle Sam’s about a window motor repair and they said they could help me. They were upfront and fair with pricing, and got the job done very quickly! When my passenger window motor inevitably gives up the ghost, I’ll call Uncle Sam’s again for sure.

The price was great. I got 2 brand new tires for my family size suv for under $300. Since my kids were with me, they let me stay in the car during the service maintenance. The lady on the counter was honest, and it was a smooth transaction. They just took a little longer than I'm am used to at a tire shop. Usually, I'm in and out in less than 5 minutes a tire, depending on how busy they are. Some ice-cold water would have been nice for purchase or complimentary. Honestly, I would have paid $5 for an 8oz in this heat. But I will definitely be back. Thank you, and keep up the good work!

Ok allow me to first alert you all that this a raring given strictly for the courteous, kind and friendly encounter I had when I reached out to them in search of a quality economical choice for a new set of tires, whom I was referred to by a co-worker. I called and if I'm not mistaken the owner or at least someone by the name of Sam answered and it felt like I grew up with him. He was down to earth very informative and honest, although I didn't get my tires from him only because my Wife had set an appointment with another dealer unbeknownst to me I would definitely suggest giving them a chance

After $1400+ for starter/fly wheel and tune up new flywheel and new starter are chewed up, Sam the owner hung up on me and is blocking my calls because I asked for partial refund. Mechanic (Nick) tried sending me away with grinding metal noises and said my trans case was warped.i pulled the invoice from repair four years ago with the starter part number, he ordered the starter that had worked four years on trans case welded repair. After he installed the, noise was better but but every third start the flywheel and starter gridded. Also could NOT set the timing after replacing plugs wires distributor. WHAT? Said it was nothing he could fix and I needed a new transmission. Wish I had filmed him drilling out the threads on the starter housing and noise it made and not being able to set timing. Next mechanic at a different shop set timing in five minutes, replaced the starter again but said flywheel is toast. The three previous starters were all wrong and likely the wrong flywheel too...btw is a 78 Ford not rocket science

I paid $400 for tires that didn’t even last one trip from New Orleans to Virginia. One tire was even installed backwards. I was left stranded, had to pay for a tow truck, and ended up buying new tires. When I went back, they blamed my alignment — but the new tires made the same trip and still look brand new. Very unprofessional service and no accountability. 👎🏽

The Asian guy at counter was very rude when I was only trying to pay. ALSO! I called ahead for price was told $130 for 4 tires to be (mounted and balanced ) ended up paying $120 for 2 tires. Spanish guys were nice lady at front was nice also. DONT GO HERE I WILL NOT BE BACK
