Whitney called to apologize and offered to make it up to me and I totally respect a person who acknowledges an issue and does EVERYTHING in their power to correct it and so for that Cajun Creations has earned my business but most of all my respect and gratitude. Adona. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated in Cajun Creations. I used to be a valued customer but I guess not so much lately since Mr. Whitney Sr. must have retired and Whitney Jr. took over the business. I have had my car repaired 2 times here without any problems until now. I am leaving a 3 star review solely because the service used to be so outstanding but this time, the review should be a 1 Star really. So about this time. I contacted Cajun Creations about another car repair. I live right across the street so it is so convenient for me. Whitney Jr. answers the phone and I alert him of the claim and that I needed to drop the car off for an estimate. I dropped off the car and asked him all of the normal questions related to the claim process, etc. I checked back with him that day because I did not hear from him regarding the quote and the plan. He says oh I thought you was leaving the car. I said that I never gave you that impression, because the car is driveable and you still need to take photos to submit and finalize the claim process. So he tells me that he would have my car ready at close. When I arrived, he said that he had the photos and that he would submit them. At this same time, I asked for a quote for other body work that he was alerted of in the beginning that would not be part of the Progressive claim. He said oh yea, I will get you that. I called again and said Whitney, I still didn’t get the quote for the extra work. I am trying to determine a budget. He said, yes. I’ll call you back. I called yet again and left another detailed voice message. It’s been 2 weeks and I am still waiting! What the hell happened Cajun Creations? I’m extremely disappointed in the service/non-service and I wish Mr. Whitney was still there. SMDH.

Brought my new truck over to get an estimate for a couple of scratches and gouges. Over a $5000.00 (estimate)later. The blind guy said; I had dents , scratches and gouges. He would have to take my truck completely apart to fix the dents that are just not there. What I think he might be talking about is the shape of the truck. It’s not dented. That’s the trucks shape. He took pictures of the entire truck. Nothing having to do with the scratches on my brand spanking new truck. So I give them one star for being blind and not trying. This might be a bit harsh but so is that $5000.00 (estimate). Update……this is my before and after photos of my repaired body work done by Lester’s body shop in Covington La. For $1300.00. See the price difference.

The Wagner family had been awesome to work with. I’ve sent them several jobs. They painted my viper for me. Love the family owned business and atmosphere there. From Whitney jr working the desk to Derick doing the paint to josh helping with the body work. They take pride in their work but with good work you also have to be patient. They have repaired my mom’s minivan and my nephews accord.
