They never answer their phone or give a call back. I only got 2 pick ups from them. I asked for a quote within the 2 times that they picked up and never get a response back. They either hang up the phone or ignore the phone calls. This has been on going for 3-4 weeks. DO NOT COME HERE.

Very dishonest, told me car needs 2 parts to repair and would cost about $1000. Was diagnosed by another shop (loose wire) . Stay away

Called in to ask a question as a potential customer and was hung up on deliberately. Will not be spending my money here or recommending any of my bmw friends here. Very unprofessional! I forgot who his name was I don’t think he said it.

Went here for delivery and the person didn’t even know I was there to deliver I went from here to there trying to look for the person and he didn’t even know I eventually would of leave it there and this guy gave me a warning for absolutely nothing I don’t recommend this place at all they don’t care about their customers.

I truly hate to even leave 1 star on here in order to warn people to STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I strongly believe that many of the people who gave this place 5 stars have got to be friends and family members of the person running this place because the level of unprofessionalism from the moment you walk in is UNREAL! This place over promises and under delivers! I experienced the same exact things that “Johnathan Every” shared on his review. BEWARE OF THE SCAMMER THAT RUNS THIS BUSINESS!! I counted over 50 cars sitting in the lot collecting debris which lets me know they have been there for a while without being moved or touched! Meanwhile the gentleman Alfredo Acosta was sitting around looking lost. Definitely reporting this business to BBB as well!

After seeing negative reviews I passed this business by. I called another place that I used years ago and liked but he was jammed and he referred me to him. I questioned negative reviews and his answer was you can't please everyone and sometimes things happen My 328 got poured on while I was eating lunch and thought it was lost. I brought to Alfredo on Thursday and he diagnosed and said it was probably window console. Ordered the part and got it back today.. Could have been worse..Nice guy, seemed honest and reasonable.. Don't know what happened with others but I am very pleased.. Customer not a friend.

Alfredo has no idea what he's doing and is extremely dishonest. He charged $1000 labor to "fix" a problem that wasn't a problem and then tried to charge me more to fix the actual problem. Brought an 06 330Ci ZHP here with a non functioning top with a hydraulic leak. He made me purchase both side hydraulics (not included in the $1k) and the leak was still present in the SAME EXACT SPOT. He then tried to say that a line just broke after replacing the hydraulics. The line was the problem the entire time and if he took his time to do his research, he would have known it's a common problem. There is a design flaw in convertible e46's with line being too short, an extended line is needed so the problem does not reoccur. If they knew what they were doing, they would have known that. Alfredo is dishonest mechanic and when he makes a mistake, he will charge you, the customer, more to fix his mistakes. Avoid this place at all costs. I took the car out of his shop and fixed the car myself. Lesson learned, read the other reviews carefully.

After spending $6,000 at a scam auto repair shop to fix my transmission not working, leaking and engine oil leaking. I went to Broward Bimmers. For $1,200 they fixed my transmission like new and no more leaks at all. My BMW 750 is like new again. This is the only place to bring your european vehicle
