Horrible experience from the start with a used Infiniti a year ago - the sales person knew nothing about the car & they gave me a wrong key. No one returned calls for months, from sales manager- to general manager. The service people are nice but over promise, you will never get a Loaner!! I had to call to inquire when I should get an oiI change, “I don’t think I have that information” …You should since I bought it from you….oh I see you were here in Feb so 6 months you need one… I didn’t get an oil change in Feb! ..Oh - you are then way past the time frame! …I have never seen so many incompetent people working at one place!

Shady place to bring your car to. If you don't want to be gaslight and lied to, don't bring your car here. I primarily dealt with mike but my last visit was with Tom. Not sure which one is worse to deal with. Tom requested to have me sign papers with 6 paragraphs or “versions” of a recall with no campaign for my engine which is not what i came in for. When i questioned why my copy only has 3 sentences with different details, i requested a copy of what i was signing. Tom refused and I told him i would take pics with my phone so I can have a copy. Tom aggressively reached over counter to rip papers out of my hands. I was to quick that I moved them. Tom came around counter chasing after me to try to rip them out of my hands. I told Tom if he touched me I would call the cops and have him arrested for touching me. What a shame to have a woman abuser working here. Sam Asher manager came out to put the fire out and told Tom I am the customer and can have a copy. After reviewing paperwork, tom didn't want to give me a copy because what I came in for and requested to be checked was not on the papers. He could not speak to anything I asked and at one point was just a mute because he knows my car wasn't checked and was caught in his games. The same games mike plays every time I come in. He previously told me when my car was covered under warranty that if it was such a hassle to use warranty to fix the car then save myself the trouble and get rid of it. Infiniti will hassles you to use warranty and also sells lemons and thinks the customer should eat the cost when they run up your max allowance on warranty for the same issues not fixed. Infiniti’s consumer affairs is just as much of a joke with the excuse they are all independently owned. Consumer affairs give you the run around by yes ing you to death with apologies that mean nothing because there is no change or resolution. They believe the dealerships over you as a customer who are ruining their reputation by playing games. This is not the first dealership to lie and steal parts as well. Stay away from Ramsey in NJ. They are equally horrible as this dealer.
