I purchased a car wash today at 4:10 p.m.. it accepted my form of payment. I drive in the place for my car to be washed and no water comes out. So basically I lost my money. I would like a refund if the owners review this

First time here, great experience! I had a rental vehicle to spray off. I pulled into a bay that was pretty dirty. Attendant caught me before I put money in and directed me to a cleaner bay so he could clean that one. He even helped spot me backing out since I was still a bit unfamiliar with the vehicle. Highly recommend Buggy Bath!

Very disappointed. Paid $3 to vacuum, put $2-3 in cash and then extended my wash with my card where it counted the time up. When i finished the screen said "$5.25 will be charged to your card ". Got home to find $15 gone from my bank

Sprayer blew the paint off my hood. The owner was showing me how good the sprayer sprayed gave me 1 dollar and walked away. It just so happed I was selling the van or I would of been very upset with the whole experience.

Nice concept. There is an issue with water not spraying from all of the sprayers that spin and get the side of your car. I also wish the vacuum ran longer than it does. I didn't time it but my guess is about 30 seconds to dry your entire car, just not enough.

This is a great touchless car wash. We use it all the time. The options range from $9 to $12. It gets your car very clean to be touchless. If you prefer to hand-wash your vehicle, they have about 3 bays for that, also.

Solid touchless carwash. No brushes. Also has 4 spots for self service if you want to wash by hand. This will probably be where I go from now on since I can’t find touchless car washes in knoxville.

Tried their self service pay with a card feature. It said it would count up and charge me for time. I only took 5 minutes (4:53), but when I checked my account 15$ had been removed. No phone number that works to call and complain. No service available. Honestly, got scammed

Came to this car wash, used my card because i did not read the reviews prior to purchase, and it also stole $15 from my account for using 1 minute of water. Don’t recommend… the number is a robot not even connected to the company.

Great water pressure in all bays and good suction at vacuums. Only thing is the head fell off the hose 10 seconds after I started using it. Still my go to car wash.

Just took my money from my debit card and no wash. Plus the number that is listed is incorrect so you can’t report it to anyone. Don’t use your credit or debit card there! If I could give a 0 I would.

Been ripped off twice here👎 First went to wash my truck & trailer and when the truck was finished i pulled up to get the trailer washed and the machine reset as if i was leaving and took the $6 i just put in the machine before i pulled up. The last time was today went through the touchless wash and the dryers are broke. There is no contact info anywhere to try and get back the money they stole.

This place is a scam! First of all it would accept paper money so I then had to use my card, says it charges by how much time you use! BS! I had to stop the thing early because the soap and water function didn't work and then the rinse button stopped working! So I left with a dirty card and this place stole $15 from me! No one there to complain to and also when you call they have a disconnected number as well as a number for a different local business! I want my money back and I want this business to update their information! Next step complain to the better business bureau because I see there's lots of other people who have been charged this amount and no one has ever responded to a review! This shouldn't be allowed

Love this car wash as not only does it have automatic car wash, but it has do it yourself wash. The thing I liked the most about this car wash is it has a car shampooer do it yourself, as well as a fragrance too! As I have doggies and it truly was a blessing to find this car wash on a Google search! As shampooer do it yourself, as well as a fragrance at the vacuum stations come far and few at car washes!! The only thing I would suggest is that y'all put more vacuum, shampooer, fragrance stations as there aren't alot if the place was to be busy. I got lucky as only a few people here when I came. I highly recommend this place! I will be back, thank y'all for your services, and please keep the shampooer and fragrance as it truly helped me ALOT :) 😀

Tried to use the hand wash today because the drive through wasn’t working. It ripped me off for $15:00 and didn’t even turn on. There is no way to contact the owner because it routes you to a company unaffiliated with Buggy Bath. Complete ripoff. I’d give it a minus star if I could.
