My wife and I recently replaced four tires on my Chevy Tahoe in November 2020. The right rear tire blew out on my vehicle on I-95 at highway speed. I called Burton's Automotive and received directions to the shop. I drove the car off the ramp on to route 17 and made it to Burton's. I did not realize the full extent of the damage until I got to the shop. I had no tire left and was riding on the rim. I met Ronnie Meaux and Jeff Scott the owners of Burton's Automotive they were able to negotiate a great price on four tires and get us back on the road. Their professionalism and expertise made a difficult situation easier to deal with. Our experience with their customer service was great. The Ronnie & Jeff team at Burton's Automotive made sure all of our questions were answered and every step of the work process was explained. We are grateful for their help and are thrilled with the repairs. We have already recommend their Automotive shop to several neighbors and will continue to do so.

Burton's is a reasonable repair shop close my house. The staff is great, and no matter where I take my car I always feel like I can be taken advantage of just due to lack of knowledge about vehicles, however I usually do not feel gouged here. They've looked at my vehicle for low cost or no cost before road trips, for safety, and other small favors. All in all a good shop. I'm disappointed some people had bad experiences. A friend who is a mechanic usually looks at my car before and after I take it to Burton's, and we've not felt lied too.........

Average place. I showed up for an inspection and emmissions test with no appointment and was told I had five customers ahead of me. No big deal, I'll wait. Well, here I wait coming up on four hours and no one has checked on me or any customer from what I've seen. May be time to think about remodeling the lobby? Better/more comfortable seats? The environment is not ideal for waiting long periods of time. Larger dealerships may cost more money, but the service and environment is what keeps people coming back. Nothing wrong with Burton's. Just average. I love contributing to local businesses but it's tough when the competition outshines.

I want to thank everyone who worked on my 99 chevy these past 3 weeks. I just recently had my fuel pump, locking ring, fuel filter and fuel tank replaced. The fuel filter HAD NOT been changed since the very first owner had it (a couple people owned it before I purchased it from the last owner who was a friend of my husband and I). I have had no issues with the truck and they did an excellent job and when I called, David made me aware of what was going on and aware me of what the pricing was as well as his plans to fix certain parts. These guys are VERY reliable and DEFINITELY trust worthy. I will definitely be bringing my truck back to them for ANY work that needs to be done. Thank you for making my baby feel better again. 💖💖

This was my first time using Burton's. From the first phone call to the time they took my payment, I was highly satisfied with the experience. Their explanation of my vehicle issue was both thorough and transparent. Vehicle repairs are going to be expensive no matter where you go, but I thought that the cost of the brake line repair service I received was fair and reasonable. Not a single complaint with my first experience. Next time my vehicle needs service/repairs, I'll definitely make them my first choice.

We were traveling home from NJ to NC and our tire pressure sensor indicator told us that one of our tires was losing pressure. Luckily we were at a light and saw Burton's Automotive, so we pulled in. I saw that there was a nail in the tread so I was hoping that they could fix it for us and we would be on our way. They were pretty busy but they had us all fixed up in about 40 minutes. The people at Burtons were very friendly and accommodating and they fixed the tire at a very affordable price. Thank all of you at Burton's who made this possible.
