Y’all this was the best Customer Service Ever!!! I had been struggling with finding a car..I went to three dealerships before I cane here! When I tell you they went above and beyond honey! I left there in tears!!! Happy tears! My original car had a recall on it from kia.. A 2015 optima! They refused to fix it! Joe Helped me to sort all of it out! And put me in a great car!! Truly a blessing!! They were so nice ! From the receptionist to the seller!! Y’all make sure y’all go see Joe, Amber, and Anas! They were awesome! They made the process so easy! And they even had empathy! Which is unheard of from a dealership!I hugged all there necks before I left! Whew! God is good! No more cutting off at the light, or clanking up the highway!! Thank you Joe and Amber!!

Do NOT BUY a car from them. They are very unethical unprofessional people. I bought a 2009 Buick lacrosse that had major suspension issues. The same day I bought the car it broke down not even an hour after leaving, it was smoking. I dealt with Joe and the main mechanic at the time as well as Francesca. All who were rude and after multiples attempts bringing my car back every 2 weeks they became hostile and refused to service me. Now I see they have changed locations but BBB reviews stick forever. I DO NOT recommend anyone no matter how desperate to shop here. They try to intimidate you for speaking up against them and their negligence to abide by their warranty, supposed repairs & false advertisement.

My daughter’s car has been in the shop for repair 3 times since she got it in August. Today the service dept said there is a recall and sent it to another dealership. We asked for a copy of the contract to see if the recall was disclosed at the time of purchase. We were asked to step into the office and when the lady stepped out to get the contract another lady asked us to step out of the office. When we refused they said we were trespassing and called the police. I told them I would leave as soon as she had the contract in her hand. Once she got it, I stepped out of there office and the 2nd lady said I assaulted her when she stepped in front of me. She even screamed are you assaulting me. Such a joke. She is the one that invoked the entire incident saying that I hit her. I never even touched her. She said it was all on camera. I asked to see the footage and waited on the police to arrive. Stay away from this dealership. The staff needs help. We are just trying to get my daughter’s care repaired and they cannot even tell her which dealership they took it to for the recall. Nor did they call her back after she called them twice during the day.

Easy process and nice staff. HOWEVER……. Not even 24 hours later, called regarding a chip in the windshield and was told “it’s probably been there forever and not going to spread, we don’t do anything if it’s not blocking the line of vision”! I don’t care if it’s “been there”, the fact is that I haven’t even had the damn car 24 hours and I’m being told that a repair is an issue despite HAVING A REPAIR PLAN! The service technician never even gave me a chance to explain the 2nd reason for my call!
