My car was taken over here due to an accident. When I went to pick up my car the car was not even totally fixed on the outside. I refused to take it home until fixed. After getting the car back they said everything was fine but I told them something was wrong with my breaks and my A.C. THEY REFUSED TO PROPERLY FIX MY CAR ON 3 OCCASIONS!!! this led to an accident where my brakes did not work.And I had missed coming out of my a c making my passengers fall asleep. This is not funny, and the company is actually out of atlanta georgia.So if you have a complaint with this company, I suggest you call the corporate office in atlanta, georgia. They are making it very unsafe on the roads for innocent people and children. They are not fixing cars properly, maybe they're understaffed or maybe just unequipped for their position to fix vehicles or inspect them.

Amazing staff. Great technicians. Took my 2024 Honda Civic here to have the bumper replaced. And unfortunately a few short weeks later I was back. They knocked it in 3 weeks (I was quoted 4) There were some slight hiccups when It was ready. But Brooke took care of me. I will definitely use them again (fingers crossed I don't have to tho)

Did Great body work On my 2022 Silverado truck , but different components & bolts were left loose under the hood, causing my check engine light to come on, it would also cut off at times in traffic. It’s now at the dealership as I text this Google review. Lack of communication and concerns when it came to the issues I have since picking up my vehicle. Just overall disappointed. I recommend the insurance company take them out of their network for guaranteed work.

Brought my car in for a minor dent in the bumper after being rear ended at a stop sign. It has just been a rollercoaster since then. I’ve been told several times they’re waiting for parts, or the original mechanic quit, or waiting for insurance, even though I had been in contact with my insurance adjuster. THEN, all of a sudden the car is totaled after 3 months of being led on.The communication and professionalism is the worst i’ve ever experienced. I have talked to several people who have had similar experiences with them, I just wish I knew before giving them my business. Shauna, if you see this, THANKS FOR NOTHING! No return phone calls, answers, NOTHING!

I come to the facility to have the inspection done and estimate prepared since you all are a preferred repair facility and right away because I tell your staff I just need the estimate excuses are made to why you can't write my estimate because you will get in trouble or lose your license if I don't have my repairs done there. I don't appreciate you all trying to use the scare tactics on me to have my vehicle repaired at your facility because you all are a preferred repair facility for State Farm. Could have had a potential customer but not doing business like this.

I took my car to this location to get fixed after an accident. They put on a front panel on my passenger side, but I had to tell them and refuse my car because they did not fix the back panels. I kept taking my car back because it was not riding right after the accident. They kept telling me nothing was wrong.But never lifted up the hood of the car and checked anything on the inside. After I had somebody examine the car, there was a crack in the air intake and also a crack in the frame of the vehicle that they did not even attempt to fix or notate.

This place is amazing! Travis went above and beyond for me! My car turned out amazing, and he even washed my it for me 🤣 I felt like i was getting a brand new car! I couldn't have been happier with the outcome and to top it off, the staff were super nice and friendly!

I had an insurance claim. They work directly with the insurance company. All I had to do was show up, sign paperwork and return to pick up my vehicle. They gave me every step of the way! After I picked up my truck it was very clean and looked like I different truck. I had a family emergency come up and they got me my truck very quickly. Great staff!

They have had my car for 3 weeks just to repair a small dent a small scrape and scratches. Charging my insurance over $4000 and I’ve had a rental this entire time. I was told it would only take 10 days or less. The excuses just keep coming. They removed the window glass and needed tire parts? Wait what?? There was no window or tire damage. District manager actually called me and went over all of my concerns. He explained everything to me and promised we should have been told all of that in advance. He made everything right with us and I greatly appreciate his caring and concern. My car looks amazing and in spite of everything I’m so happy either way how my car looks. Great job guys better communication makes Everyone happy. Thank you Kevin you’re an amazing Regional Director. I love the work that was done

I want to acknowledge that the staff I spoke with were polite and helpful; however, my overall experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not return for future repairs. Communication was poor, though I tried to extend some grace due to it being the holiday season. What I cannot excuse, however, is the quality of the repair work. The repaired areas do not align properly and are very noticeable. Additionally, a lighter and trash were left inside my vehicle when I picked it up. When you bring a car in for repairs, there is an assumption that no one will smoke in or around it, and this clearly did not happen. The battery was completely dead and needs replacement because the staff did not unplug it or turn off the sensors when removing the door for painting. To get the vehicle home, it had to be jumped multiple times. When I asked about replacing the damaged battery, I was told this was “common” and that I should just replace it myself. Insurance and I paid between $7,000–$8,000 for repairs, and the vehicle is now no better than a well-painted lawn ornament. For context, the accident was not our fault—the other driver was uninsured—so this experience was already stressful, and the shop added even more frustration instead of alleviating it. I brought in a reliable vehicle and left with one that has more issues than before, and I cannot recommend this business.

I can’t say enough good things about Classic Collision. Elizabeth is a LITERAL angel, and between her and Guy, they did so much to help a struggling single mom when insurance and everyone else turned their backs. They were very informative the entire process, kept me updated every other day, and again helped in a way I could never thank them enough for!! I will forever be grateful for the kindness and compassion shown by Elizabeth to a complete stranger. And I will pay it forward!! Upon receiving my car back I was in AWE. The time and effort and care put into making sure my car not only looks better than when I bought it, but making sure it was safe as well. If I could give a million stars I would! Amazing company, and even more amazing staff that genuinely care. You guys ROCK!
