I drove up with water puking from my radiator reservoir, after 15 minutes telling them it wasn't leaking anywhere else but the reservoir and asked them to figure out why. They told me it was a couple of gaskets and convinced me to get a new water pump. Well I just drove away with the exact same problem and she only told me as I was picking it up that I needed a new reservoir and water was puking from it. Now I told her that when I got there and she charged me that much to leave with the same symptom I arrived with.

Took it in ti have my lower motor mount replaced. I asked if they'd call me with any other problems she said yes. They broke my driver door handle and called my mother not me since my mother way thw one paying for the motor mount. They tried to charge my mother $300 to replace my door handle THEY BROKE. The lady tried telling me that i could've broke tomorrow. I said yes I could've and they would've been my problem but your guy broke it in your shop so it's your problem and I shouldn't have to pay to fix it. Told her to take it off cu I wasn't paying them to fix something they broke. As the guy is removing the door handle he kills my battery and has to.jump.my car off. Then I get in my car and it's making the same noise I dropped.it off making But they're gonna call you if they find anything else wrong with your vehicle. This place is a joke and only wants your money doesn't matter if they break your car in the process. Will never be back.

Jay has been working on my vehicles for quite some time now. He is very reasonable and extremely dependable. If you are not totally pleased he will do everything he can to make it right. I've been taking my cars to them for over 10years. My whole family uses them. What I love the most is when they fix something it stayed fixed. You didn't have to keep bringing your car in and something else was broke. They are honest and fair and they have really gone out of their way to help me. They have my loyalty and I'm so appreciative for all they have done for me.

The lady at reception desk is eager to tell you she has 27 yrs experience but don't have the time to do the paperwork to file the claim under warranty. I have to take my car elsewhere, but was charged $71. I was warned prior, wish I had listened! Never again will they get a penny out of me!

Have been using Venetian for years…always when something goes wrong. They have serviced all 3 of my kids vehicles and we have never had an issue with them. I know I can drive the car ( or have it towed) to their lot and they are gonna work on it ASAP. Kim has always been great as the frontline contact. Thank you!

I will tell you a tale, you may very well doubt I bought used from Ford, cashed it right out Promised it was touched up and ready to go But when I left that lot, little did I know Rotted shocks, leaking gasket A salesman with swagger to mask it Returned within months, on the service date They wanted 10 business days, and fees so great The ones who sold it, nowhere to be found Just another day in this good ol' boy town I was desperate, angry, but told by friends Take it to Venetian, and bring it in The 10 business days that Ford had stated Reduced to same day, glad I hesitated Knew something was off when Ford's tech assumed I hadn't just bought it from them back in June But Venetian saw all the issues, clear And didn't invent issues to cause financial fear They discovered issues that Ford had missed And some Ford lied about, that didn't exist Lessons learned, and nearly burned But that afternoon to Lynn Haven, I returned Venetian was fast, polite, and cheap I was able to nap with peace of mind, asleep Until I got a call from the sweet front desk My vehicle was parked, fixed, at rest Barely a grand for over 5k at Ford With red-faced good ol' boys and their nepotism hoard I'm so glad real people reached out to help And told me about Venetian, so I didn't play myself This town is full of buddy systems Who are too full of pride to care, or listen But that auto shop down by Sakura, is on a mission Every stereotype of auto shops, this one isn't They knew I had NO mechanical skill And STILL didn't milk me for a massive bill They were patient with questions, and sent a text With so much consideration and real respect I will never go anywhere else in town One more middle finger to Ford, as I wind this down Thank you to the team at Venetian Auto "Get mechanics, not good ol' boys," is my new motto

I had an issue with my truck, Jay diagnosed the issue and got it fixed in minimal time and got me back on the road. Any time I call, Kim gets me right in. The owner, Reena, is always there and is awesome. Customer service is top notch. I recommend anyone that is looking for a place to have your vehicle fixed or for normal servicing, give them a call. You won't regret it.

I took my car there for an estimate and they had to remove my intake manifold to assess what needed done. When I told them to just put it back together because I couldn't afford the work at the moment, they seemed to understand and said it would be ready to pick up that afternoon. I cried the whole 35mins it took me to drive 15min away to my home because my car wouldn't go over 15mph and was shaking so bad, though my car had issues it was NOT doing that when I dropped it! I called my son to look at my car because I knew something wasn't right. He opened the hood and found that they had bolted the intake manifold down but they had not hooked anything back up to it as well as one of my spark plugs was just laying down in the bottom of the engine instead of being put back where it was supposed to be. I will never take my car back to these people because why would I trust somebody to work on it when I take it in for an estimate and they don't even put it back together the right way to make sure I safely get home.

My car is running worse than it was before I took it in. I am extremely disappointed. I’ve taken my car there 3 times. The first time was good and quick service. The second our car ran the same, if not worse. The third time, most recently, my car was significantly worse than when I took it in. We let them know what we thought it was and the diagnosis didn’t report that. So we had them do some of the recommendations. My car still had the same issue and now when I drive it, it shakes when I get up to speed. Somehow the steering rack is messed up when it did not have that problem prior to taking it in. My husband found a dry rotted hose that wasn’t even on the list of things they recommended to do. He replaced that and replaced what he told them he thought the issue might be. He is not a mechanic and he fixed my car better than this shop. We paid for a worse running car. Extremely disappointed.

SCAMMERS Don’t go here unless you have money to burn and you don’t question anything, A $814 estimate for all the work and over $500 just for rear brakes and rotors that you could get at AutoZone for $201 for everything so over 50% of profit is sickening! that did NOT need to be done. The only thing I would understand is the possibility to suggest front brakes but they still show over 30%. then they add miscellaneous charges at the end of your bill like they didn’t already overcharge you enough. was I judged because I have nice vehicles and I came in in my uniform or is that How you treat all your customers after I brought most of my family to y’all we will be finding somewhere else unfortunately yet another screw the customer mechanic shop!
