First time customer and it WILL NOT be my last. Saved me $50 per tire after mounting and balancing. Beat Discount Tires internet prices by a mile. Its great to support a local business that gives great service and prices to their customers! I went with a 305 series tire over the 285's that were on the truck. I asked for the spare to be replaced with one of the 285's. Not only did they replace it, but they put my spear back in the carrier and under the truck.. Definitely did not expect that since I had it in the bed to make it easy for them.. Thanks again!

Been goin here for few years the staff here are amazing and some of the nicest and friendliness people. They have always done everything of mine for a good price and done a excellent job. I drive past quite a few shops that are closer to me because the people here and the work they do is awesome.

I walked in with no appointment to have my tires rotated and balanced. I also had to get a tire repaired. I thought it would be patched, but it was plugged instead. I was there for 2 hours and 20 minutes, however I didn't make an appointment, and it was the first of the month so they were busy with inspections. Everyone was really nice.

I have been taking personal and business vehicles for any service they offer for a few years now. As of recently, repair jobs have cost 2 or even 3 visits to fully fix. As a business owner I understand busy seasons, however as a loyal customer I do not feel I should have to pay employees 2-3 times and pay a business to repair. Come to find out the tire warranties are prorated, which saves only $20 on tire repairs after the first year. As of recently this place has gone way down hill. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Just another bunch of thieves like the rest of them. If they don’t think you know what’s going on behind the scenes they’ll milk you for every penny they can. Work got done in a reasonable time but they pushed me for getting new brake pads when I went to patch a tire. Reliable service, but I wouldn’t go to them unless you’re in a pinch and absolutely must.

Prices for tires are very fair here! Plus they're pretty fast at getting your new tires put on, mounted & balance is included in their upfront prices! Highly recommend this place! Only 1 complaint i had was they automatically roll down ur drivers side window, which we didn't know about & our window got stuck down where it was already messed up! Otherwise no complaints!

3 hours waiting for them to start my state inspection and tire rotation!!! Reading another review on here about no wv state law saying to reject a state inspection due to age of tire... a few years back they told me that, and dummy me not knowing any better purchase over $1k in New tires, even though the tread was good. ps.. they also over inflate your tires. This is my last time here!!

When it comes to friendly and fair service, it's hard to be C Adam Toney. I always feel like I'm appreciated and they will help you out even when it's not their problem to fix. While I go to my dealership for repairs, this is the only place I go to for tires. Just be honest with your budget and your needs and they'll find the right tire for you.

Dan, Mike, Lee, and Debbie took great care of me! I highly recommend any of these 3 guys at Hurricane, WV location to do any job you need. They are very professional to do the job right and treat your wheels, tires, or whatever with great care which seems to be hard to find these days! It's a first come first serve place. I was waiting 4 hours. I was informed up front it would be that long. So depending on the day plan on dropping off the car and picking up later. I was not prepared. The staff was very friendly. There is a park across the street to kill time in. The staff helped with a tire in my price range. Will use again just plan on dropping off next time.

I've waited to give this review until more interactions were had, trying to give a local shop the benefit of the doubt. Today was strike three. My first interaction had their fattest mechanic hover over the driver seat and let all the weight off his legs at once, several times over. My poor suspension. My poor leather seat. He then proceeded to fail my car for inspection for tint that was completely legal and medically required for a lifetime condition. I attempted to get new tires through them. Lead time was 2-3 weeks. I bought them myself, they were at my door three days later. I then tried to have them mounted by this shop. Wait time was outrageous, there's evidently no "express" bay. This is a running theme with them. Finally got the tires mounted. A few weeks go by, I notice one tire is low. I refill and check for a leak while it's on the car. It's leaking around the new valve stem. Give them a call, okay, we can get you in tomorrow. Show up this morning, there's already an hours long queue that they're unable to navigate around for a 5-minute affair caused by shoddy previous work done by them. If you tell everyone to be there at 7, like they do everyone, it creates a bottleneck. People like me who are by ourselves and have one car (mine is used on and for my job at hours that seem incompatible with theirs no matter what), no matter how small the issue, suffer from this most. It's a valve stem, guys, and it may be petty, but this review is probably costing you more.

Great place! I had an alignment, rotate, and balance. They did a great job and my truck rides much better. They also assisted another customer with a tire issue. They were honest with her and told her her car was unsafe to drive. They showed her the shock issue and then, after closing time, continued to search for someone with the part(s) she needed and a way to get her home and back the next day. They went above and beyond for the lady. I would highly recommend them!

I just called this shop. They had great reviews. I asked right away if they could help to see if this shop does alignment and balance tires. A woman responded right away said no sorry and just hung up mid sentence. This is the rudest customer service I’ve EVER experienced. I called back to see if I could speak to someone else because I barely got three words out, couldn’t believe this, and I’m being hung up. Wow. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced worst customer service.

I called to see if tires were available I needed. The person pretended like they couldn't hear me. The ONLY person ever that has said that with full mobile service in 10 years. I called back and second person just said, "Yep," and then, "Hold on" and never came back to the phone. I guess they don't need any business. I wonder if management knows how they are acting on the phone, as I see this is a big complaint here. C Adam Toney's up north is amazing. These people here must hate their job or something! SAD! The fact you have to even call in 2026 is rediculous anyway. There should be a website with available inventory and appointment times!
