DON'T GO! Took my car after an accident I had. My back frame Was hit , it was a big repair According to my Progressive adjuster and the body shop. I was told from the very beginning that the longest wait would be receiving the frame. The labor should be roughly about 60 hours , in fact the frame did take about 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. Which we expected but replacing it was when I started having issues with this Body shop. It took them 4-5 weeks To replace. Every week I would call Rebecca to ask about my car and her Response would always be I can't give you a timeframe it's a big repair. Once my husband asked Rebecca does the technician work on the vehicle or does he alternate between vehicles and her response was I don't have answer for because I do not follow the technician. A "we are about 50% done " would have been appreciated. She would tell me she would give me a call on a certain day And I would have to call the body shop because I wouldn't receive the call the communication in my opinion was nonexistent. After 2 1/2 months of Waiting. I finally receive My vehicle when I received it, I'm having all types of faults My vehicle Has a seatbelt Fault ,a safety Restraint system Fault and also When on cruise control I get a unavailable cruise control alert and my car will stop it's cruise control while driving. According to them it took them two days to fix the seatbelt fault they were very aware of The issue but told me the technician fixed it.When I picked up the The Vehicle it STILL had the Seatbelt fault. I made Herman (manager ) Aware he gave me two options #1 I could leave the vehicle there so they could fix it #2 I could come back on another day to have it fixed He mentioned that it would only take a couple hours. I chose to leave with my vehicle and bring it back another day as I didn't have a vehicle for 2 1/half months. I also made Herman aware that I was not happy with my experience with the communication and he apologized and mentioned that i should have received updates. I took my car back in a week later I scheduled an appointment to have it fixed. When scheduling the appointment I made them aware of the two other faults I was having. After dropping off my vehicle I get a call from Rebecca stating that there's nothing they can do that I have to take my car to a dealership And get a notice stating that it was Accident Related and submit it to progressive. When my vehicle had none of these issues. Even when I turned it in even when it was Collisioned. Meaning charging another bill to my progressive account for an unfinished job on there part. Why tell me the repair has a life time warranty but yet they can't fix the 3 faults that starting with the repair. I am very disappointed with the whole experience. I was not happy with the communication that I had From Rebecca to begin with. They took forever to repair my vehicle. I always understood that it was a long process. I just never understood Why it took five weeks with no communication/ no updates And with those five weeks, they still gave me a car with fault issues. I will not be using classic collision in the future and I do not recommend you going to them.

Today I visited Classic Collision in Sandy Springs to see if they could buff out a thin wiper blade scuff on the windshield of my M-B SL550. After discussing the problem with one of their senior staff, Megan, she carefully had it polished in a few minutes & I was very satisfied with the result. She was quite courteous & professional, as are all the employees that I have worked with in the past. I highly recommend Classic Collision in Sandy Springs 100%!

Brought my BMW 328i to get front bumper fixed. Repair took 2-3 months. When I came back to pick up car, they lost the wheel cap. They argued saying it was never on there, when they looked at photos of car being dropped off, they realized they were wrong. They took another 30-40 days to replace the wheel cap. When I came back again. The navigation screen was broken, once again they tried to play it off like they didn’t do it. I spoke to the manager, he flat out told me- even if it did break in their possession they wouldn’t fix. Avoid this business at all costs- 0 integrity. Manager is aggressive and likes to hear himself talk. Fortunately I started taking a video when I realized how poorly he was treating his employee prior to talking to me.

I had an accident and this location is one of the preferred locations for the insurance. As it’s walkable from my home, I opted for this. Since then, it’s been a roller coaster ride. They kept the car for 50+ days saying that they didn’t have parts (which is believable). Their front desk number goes unanswered, so after numerous attempts to call their location, I finally started receiving weekly updates. I drove the car the Monday after getting it back, to work, to discover scratching sounds. I called the agent asking if I can bring it over to show them the defective repair (pictures below). I was told that they didn’t have a mechanic that day. Now I’m going through repeated attempts to reach out to them so that I can get an appointment to get the defective repair fixed. If these comments are actually read by their management, please help me by getting me an appointment to get the substandard repairs properly done again.

Marco White has provided an excellent service for my Prius in 2018 after I was rear-ended and sandwiched between two SUVs in Sandy Springs 500 ft from my home on a hill in after-work traffic. I was sent to Classic Collision by USAA, my insurance, and the result was not only EXTRAORDINARY but profitable, too: when a year later I took my Prius to Toyota, they paid me $12,000 and I got a new Camry. Thanks to Classic Collision Sandy Springs and the great work they delivered! This is not the end of my experience… When in 2024 I became a Hurricane Helene survivor and was asked by my insurance whom I’d like to engage for Camry repairs, my choice, of course, was Classic Collision. The Grovetown GA facility delivered excellent work, thanks to Nicholas Bouchea. Classic took care of me. Adam Waldron was extremely friendly and courteous. I had a minor, very delicate scratch on my Tesla. Tesla wanted a lot to fix as they wanted to paint the entire trunk panel. Adam suggested a quick fix which he applied and took the scuff right out....definitely saved me a lot of money and time. Brought my 2023 Mercedes Sl 43 AMG in to get an estimate to fix a minor ding that was noticeable enough to want it fixed. It was explained “to do it perfect” would be about $1000. After swallows hard I asked if they could just touch it up. Well Taylor did her magic and an hour later delivered the car with the ding gone. Horrible experience with San Antonio Tx (Fredericksburg Rd) Warning of deceptive trade practices and repair processes Use extreme caution when using this company’s service They repaired my trucks frame and tried to return it to me with these welds. I denied and ultimately received a full frame replacement The extra 50 days in the shop due to the extra work required Almost 180 days total!!! Tried to force me to sign a ‘non disclosure’. I refused. I DO NOT recommend doing business with this company
