Great selection of performance tires at really great prices. If you manage to time your tire change with the rotating $70 rebate along with penny installation, the prices are incredible. I've purchased pilot super sports for $1.1k installed where as most places would be ~$1.6k. Expect a very long wait. Highly recommend making an appointment. The technicians are friendly.

I got new tires and a couple months later 4/5 of my lug nuts feel out while my girlfriend was driving my truck. Luckily she was not hurt but messed up my truck pretty bad. Costco investigated and told me it wasnt their fault somehow its mine for driving it? Really enjoying paying for this out of pocket. Never go here!

This is an extremely busy place! So many people coming and going which makes it hard to keep track of what is going on in the shop BUT the worker behind the register had it all under control! Bill needs a shout out for keeping it all moving! I had to wait for my tire to be fixed and sat and watched what was happening. Best prices in town and crew did a great job! Had another tire replaced today and the crew were OUTSTANDING!! Can't beat the prices and the crew! Great job! Thank you Bill!

The tire service at this Costco location was very disappointing. they don't take the time to do their due diligence (I had to go back a number of times and waste my time to get my sensors reset after a tire replacement only to find out that they haven't reset them in the first place because one was damaged ). the waiting times are crazy long at locations even with appointments. Stuff not helpful and very defensive and dismissive when you go back with an issue. Costco won't get my business again.

One of the best Tire centers within the city and easily the most knowledgeable and educated customer service and staffs at work. Eric was extremely good in taking care of the issue (nail on my tire) and promptly got back to me and my car was out in no time at all. Appreciate the staffs. Would recommend you all to schedule an appointment ahead on their website and then go there to avoid lines unless it’s super urgent. They charge you $10 for tire inspection, cleaning, a detailed report on areas of improvements and the status of the wheel and they even fix holes or any issues on your tires for that price. Costco Tire centers are too good!

I appreciated that they checked all four tires instead of just the two I had issues with. He found that the last person who worked on my tires didn’t tighten my lug nuts all the way. Terrible customer service. No one answers the phone. How does a 100 billion dollar company have this happen. How do they not have a representative at front of tire center at all time. Then you deal with employee and most are rude. Not exaggerating. I was on hold for 18 minutes then when I dropped car off and was in physical line for 20 minutes. Costco fix this.

Asked for help with the air pump because it wasn't filling my flat donut, tech yelled "just watch the damn video, we're busy" from the back. One of them did actually come help me. Took all of 15 seconds.

Had an appointment today and the guy told me they were low staffed and it would be 3 hours. I understand being understaffed, but I don’t understand why they couldn’t contact me before I drove up there for no reason. I’m going to try a different Costco next time.

This center’s service is running down. All they wanted is to sell more tires. This was what happened to me. I went to this center for the second time to have my tire patched. The first time they took a look at the tire. They said they were about to close and made appointment for me to come back the next morning. I came back the following morning, and was charged $10.99 for the service. While my car was in the shop, I went to pick up a few things at the store. About 15 minutes later, I got a call from the shop saying that they could not fix it without giving me any good reasons. I was there twice with nothing done. It was truly a waste of time.

This is the most unprofessional tire shop I ever went to, first red flag I asked one of their employees can they assist me with putting air in my tires and he didn’t want to help he kept pushing it for me to do it myself. I’m literally a young lady. I don’t know how to use the machine. so I asked where’s the manager and he said he’s inside. One of the other gentlemen was nice of enough to help me after I talked to the manager. I asked did they have time to patch my tires they said yes for 10 dollars. Usually they don’t even charge for a low leak but they charged me before they even finished the job which is backwards. I asked one of the employees how long he said 15 minutes just for me to find the manager again and she told them it was actually 2hrs. I literally waited 45 minutes for no reason. I said if it’s going to be long then I’ll come another time after that I just asked for a refund because this is unprofessional. Employees should not be in the front if they don’t know what they doing.

I had four brand new tires replaced for my vehicle in Dec 2023. Two days ago one tire was flat for some reason. I brought my vehicle there for the inspection and tire repair. I was told to replace all four tires again although they have been used for 1 year and 9 months with 30k miles. The warranty is for 4-6 years with 80k miles though. I was asked to pull all maintenance records in the past two years specially for rotation and alignment. I then went to the dealer for the five maintenance records. My vehicle has been done the regular multi-point inspection, rotation etc in the dealer shop. But the manager pointed out there is no alignment record. Thus I were asked to pay another full price for the four tire replacement again. I decided to change to another tire store the replacement. This is very bad experience here.

Had an appointment to install a new set of tires and everything went as expected. The staff were professional and easy to talk to. Ordered the tires online and had them delivered to the store in advance. This made the process much easier. Took about 80 minutes to remove the old tires, mount the new ones and reinstall the wheels and lug nuts. TPMS worked when the car started, nitrogen filled tires held temp and back on the road. Same experience on my most recent experience.

The low tire warning came on and stopped by to put some air in my tire. The air kiosk machines are user-friendly and guides you step by step on how to put in the air yourself. There is even a QR Code to watch a video. Michael on of the tech guys assisted me in helping me recalibrate my vehicle after I added the air. Great customer service ans sense of humor.
