My Model 3 LR needed rear end and lower fender work done due to someone hitting me in the rear. Crash Champions could not have done any better and constantly gave me weekly updates on the progress of my car as well as offered advice on how to deal with the insurance company and things along those lines. Khemara and GM Sean Eason took great care of me and my car by continuously staying after hours to make sure things were done right and finished. They handled all the paperwork and dealings with a very difficult insurance company. A true 5 star rating. My car was returned in mint condition and I’m extremely happy at that. Overall. Great experience and definitely recommend.

Excellent work, car is just like brand new! (It even has the new car smell...) After really horrible experiences with Classic Collision and other places that claim to be Mercedes Certified (some of which weren't), I'm glad I took my GLC to Crash Champions. It was great working with Carlos and the rest of the team there, and my car was done ahead of schedule. I hope I won't need them again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to go.

My Wife’s Range Rover needed body repair and Allstate referred us to several establishments. Only Crash Champions at Sandy Springs could do the repairs. I called and talked to Carlos and with an hour, took the vehicle to their location and he processed the vehicle in and kept me posted on progress. The vehicle was delivered in immaculate condition and well detailed. I recommend this location and Carlos is the best. 5 Stars Carlos. Superb Job.

My Mercedes needed front end work due to an accident. Start to finish Crash Champions could not have done anything better. Khemara, Tina and Melissa took wonderful care of me. They handled all the paperwork and dealing with a troublesome insurance company. The Ladies were professional and courteous at all times. My car was done ahead of schedule and it looks great! A truly 5 star job. My car was returned in show room condition and I am extremely happy with Crash Champions. The GM Sean made sure everything was done just right. Best in Atlanta!!! For collision and or any cosmetic needs. These are the pros. Corvette, Tesla, Porsche, Saab etc. I had a body kit installed a few months ago and it’s still getting compliments!! Awesome detail.

Great experience working with Stephen Hyde and everyone else at ECR throughout the entire process from estimation to pick up after the work was done. I appreciate the time taken to get the color match as close as possible and I can't even tell that there was any damage. I had been told by other shops that my car would require a new hood, but Stephen and the team at ECR were able to take out the dent without replacing the hood. It was great being able to receive updates throughout the process and they were very transparent throughout the entire process including with the estimate and final price for the work which came in below the estimate. They also were able to show me the imperfections in the body work that was previously carried out on the hood and how that the paint was thin, which caused it to flake as seen in the picture and that this was a sign that something happened when it was previously painted or not much care was taken, I had no idea and would never have known if they hadn’t shown me. Thank you again for all of your help and excellent work. I would definitely recommend using ECR if you need any body work done. Their work is much better than any body shops I have been to in the past. Thanks again, Will!

My Tesla Model 3 was in an accident in Jan/2019 with some bumper damage that also affected many of the electronics and sensors behind it. These guys were and awesome group of people to work with on getting it repaired like new. They addressed every little detail and put it back together to where even an expert would never even guess that this car ever had any frontal collision damage. And they handled everything for me, from dealing with insurance to getting every penny reimbursed for my costs.

Steve Pettit and his crew at ECR definitely know what they’re doing with Tesla’s. My Model 3 had damage to the passenger side front quarter panel courtesy of a yellow concrete post and the work that ECR did was flawless. I also had a body kit installed and they did an awesome job with that as well. They will continue to get my business for sure!

Ms. Ally was absolutely AMAZING!! She was so kind and provided weekly updates about my car! My car was repaired on time, and I was able to pick it up on the expected date. Since I was unsure if I would be able to pick up my car before Crash Champions closed, Ms. Ally even provided an option to have it delivered to me. Thankfully, I made it on time to pick up my vehicle. Finally, I was able to leave my rental car at Crash Champions as Ms. Ally said they would kindly return it for me! Overall, my experience with Crash Champions was excellent. They went above and beyond to provide the best service!
