I had an great experience with Michael at Mr. Tires in Sandy Springs! From the moment I made an online booking, I ran into a small issue where the appointment was overbooked by mistake. Michael was incredibly attentive and immediately followed up to ensure that I could still get my car in as quickly as possible. He scheduled me for the very next day, which I really appreciated. Not only is Michael super knowledgeable, but he also has a warm and thoughtful approach that makes the whole process so much easier to understand. As someone who isn’t very car-savvy, I felt completely comfortable with him explaining everything in a way that was simple and clear. One of the highlights of the service was that, throughout the work on my vehicle, they documented everything with photos and sent those straight to my email. I didn’t know that would be part of the service, but it was a really nice touch and gave me peace of mind knowing exactly what was being worked on. This was my first time using Mr. Tires (thanks to a discount I found on Groupon), and I will definitely return. Even though it's a 30-minute commute, the time-efficient and kind service made it worth the drive. Highly recommend if you're looking for great service, professionalism, and a personal touch!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This place is absolutely awful. I waited over 20+ minutes to get air filled for low-tire pressure. Due to this mishap, I was late to my obligations. I noticed the employee just staring at me and continuing to do their own thing as I waited. I had to call the store so they’d attend to my issue after walking inside initially to tell them what I needed.This is highly irresponsible and a poor representation of customer service. Don’t come here unless you wanna risk your precious time and responsibilities!

Picked up a nail in one of my tires and tried multiple places on Roswell rd yesterday that all said they were too busy to help. Mr. Tire also said they were too busy the day of but offered to make me an appointment the next morning so I came and dropped my car off today. I was afraid because the nail punctured my tire in two places and another tire place told me I would probably need a new tire that I was going to end up spending for a new tire despite this one having quite a bit of tread left on it . All said and done it was 25 bucks to get the tire patched - they also did a full inspection of my car and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need what a pleasant experience. Fitzgerald working the counter was professional, courteous and prompt and sent me on my way. This place just won a customer for life as long as every experience is this painless and easy.

I had a very poor experience with this shop. After paying $1,100 for repairs, they failed to properly complete the work. It wasn’t noticed until after I left that my sway bar had not been reattached. When I returned to have the issue corrected, they refused to fix their mistake. Instead of addressing the problem, the over weight front desk employee escalated the situation by calling another employee out of the shop to stand beside him, which felt like an intimidation tactic rather than professional customer service. Because of their negligence, I now have to pay an additional $500 at another shop just to correct the errors from work that should have been done properly the first time. This experience was unprofessional, costly, and unacceptable. I will never return and do not recommend this business to anyone

These folks are Mr Tire are always the best when I go in there. I'll be honest, I usually get my tires from Costco, but anytime I have an issue with the tires, it takes a long time for Costco to set an appointment to repair the tire. Therefore, I started using Mr. Tire when I had an issue with any of the tires. Easy to make an appointment and Mike at the front desk is always very helpful. I think for my next tire purchase, I'll just get my tires from here since the service has been A+ every time I have went in. Thanks Mike and team!!

Had slow leak in my tire from running over a screw. Was confident it could be repaired but so often in such circumstances get told tire needs to be replaced, which I think is a scam. Mr. Tire did not try to take advantage of me and properly fixed my tire at a reasonable price and without keeping me waiting too long.

This review is based on customer service. I came in for a tire repair. Was greeted by a tech who let me know that they would not able to do the repair to my due to the car being so low. Why’s five star review, let me tell you…. He refilled my tire free of charge, and directed me to a shop that was able to do the repair in 30 minutes. Didn’t catch his name, but dude was great!
