My car was filthy when it was returned to Classic Collision and they had to fix the damage to my inside panels and clean my car. My inside panels are ruined and scratched up. I made a complaint and no one ever followed up and contacted me about the damage to my car. I would never use that Ultimate Glass company again in life. State Farm’s need to drop them and find another company to replace them. The windshield was replaced but the condition that my car was left in was horrific. Especially when I have a luxury vehicle. The fact that I sent their customer service pictures and made a complaint and didn’t receive a call back I would suggest that you find another company to use. My wife have 2018 lexus nx 300.due to extrem heat this summer in Georgia my front windshield glass got cracked.i called my statefarm insurance they made three way call with Ultimate auto glass.everthing was so smooth I can not believe it.they give me appointment for very first Monday of week also Abby who handle this one was very nice.booked Uber for me to go home and again from home to shop in the evening.i will recommend everyone my friends and family to go Ultimate auto glass.Abbi is the best.very professional and very good customer service.five star.my wife was also very happy.

Went with company to fix my wife’s car wind shied after a nasty crack from a stone chip. Making the appointment was an easy process and Renee was absolutely wonderful and catered to the issue at hand. She is a true asset to the company indeed. After a slight bit of confusion on the day of the instal Chris came to do the replacement, what an absolute fantastic man he was. This should have been a 5-star review; however, I had a couple of questions that were never answered after the work was completed. Lindsey L. was great at coordinating the claim, repair, and even directed my questions to the GM and warranty managers. After receiving no response from them, I inquired to Lindsey, twice, with no further reply. I was happy with everything else and just wanted some information on VLT. This is unacceptable and a foolish way to end the experience while ruining a 5-star review.

Update: 12/29/24 (3 months later from initial repair): STILL GREAT!!! No leaks, no issues. Still loving the quality of workmanship. Fantastic job, Ultimate Auto Glass! Initial review 3 months ago: Thank you guys for fixing the sunroof on my BMW IX! It was very difficult to find a place who was able and willing to do this repair. Especially that is BMW certified. All OEM parts (ordered through BMW, so expect delays) and same day repair!

What was a tiny spot from a piece of gravel had turned into multiple large cracks across the length of the windshield. They sent the tech to her apartment in Athens off the UGA campus.
