I must say, I didn't expect to be here over 3 hours for a simple alignment. I was told about 1, maybe 2, at most. I had even called a few days before to find the least busy recommended day/time and was told Sundays. They only had one tech, and he had "complications" with another car. That is understandable, but there was such an unapologetic attitude from the front desk guy, it left me feeling negative about the whole thing. I kept having to inquire about what was going on...he never had the courtesy to come update me as to the status. In addition: NO MASK. And ppl kept walking in without masks. It is a smallish space...Totally Unacceptable!! Last of all, this front desk person was very unprofessional: He never came & updated me as to what the status was, as mentioned above. Then, things were going wrong for him and he began to curse and was very angry while I was checking out. Just entirely not pleasant...I should've known because the week before when I called in, he wasn't very polite then either.

Vehicle and keys was dropped off before pep boys opened. I called around 8:45 to confirm appointment and services, I asked for a tire replacement. Advisor recommended 2 tires, tire rotation, and oil, I agreed to the service. I asked him how long it will take he stated my vehicle was one of the first to be service because they were not busy at the time and did not have many cars. I then asked what is the estimated completion time, he told me 12pm, I called back 1230, I asked was the vehicle completed, he then said they were still working on these simple task and it would take another hour. Called back again in a hour and rhe vehicle was not done, car was completed around 2 or 3 pm. Taking them 5 to 6 hours to complete a job for a vehicle they had since opening. Then when I went to pick up the vehicle they never did the oil change so what was taking them all day to change 2 tires and do a simple tire Rotation. Every time I take my cars here there is always some issue on thier part. This was my last visit

I have a EPS failure. It’s monitor by electric motor instead of a hydraulic system. This system requires less maintenance. All he had to do was check for blown engine fuse or replace a burnt out DRL which burns out regularly. Check the battery and belt 90% of the time is the pump, but the tech told me he had to replace the entire steering wheel system. I asked him how did he came to that conclusion was curious he mentioned because of the icon on the dashboard I ask the check can he explain to me? What is the difference between the yellow and red icon He could not he paused for about 30 seconds. I was just waiting for something to come out of his mouth. All he said because I cannot turn the steering wheel. I have to replace the entire steering column that’s BS. So I explained to home the difference, yellow indicates power steering assistance is reduce Red indicates power steering malfunction stop simple if the power steering wheel locks then I might give him the benefit of doubt But power steering wheel is still movable there’s no shaking noise, rattling coming from anywhere from the power steering wheel, nor on underneath the vehicle nor from the rack and pinion no experience whatsoever at least he should have called me to come pick up my vehicle, but no, I had to walk over just for you to tell me you didn’t have a tech on site To perform the right job just doesn’t make no sense the way he spoke to me Be mindful he had a vehicle for four hours. Shame on you never going back on. Please do not text me because I’ll give you a piece of my mind for you hiring newbies.

We came by this location by mistake looking for the other retail location. I came inside and spoke to the cashier at the counter Who advised us that his location was small by comparison to the location that was further up the road. he didn't have what I was looking for so I decided to go on to the other retail location to see if they had it at that store. This gentleman was very helpful and giving me information that I needed and seem to be capable and knowledgeable about the inventory he had in his store.

Horrible service, the technicians didn’t show up to work until after 10:00 when my appointment was at 8:30. The manager made sexist and racist remarks to my Hispanic girlfriend, telling her she doesn’t understand and mocked her in a poor attempt at Spanish.

Chris was very impatient I had my 2 year old granddaughter with me my tire was on 5% with air gushing out he said he couldn’t help me but arrived at 6:35 pm we had to ask for the guy to add air so that we could drive to the nearest pep boys in Sandy springs the guy there was very nice and caring I will never return to this location I’ll just drive to the other one

I went to this location to get an oil change on a corporate fleet vehicle. They took my keys and my truck sat in the parking lot for an hour without moving. I even heard them try to sell an elderly lady 2 tires until she said I just got new tires and their response was “oh we don’t have a measurement “ no communication, no customer care. Absolutely unacceptable.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Pep Boys, thanks to Darius! I came in frustrated after another shop failed to get the job done. But let me tell you, Darius is THAT guy! 🙌 He took one look at my bald tires and said, “No ma’am, we not doing this.” He quickly confirmed what I already suspected—that the tires on my car were completely worn out. He handled the claim process with my warranty administrator and went above and beyond to make sure I got high-quality tires. He was professional, kind, and truly made me feel like my car was in good hands. When a tire pressure issue popped up afterward, he got me back in right away and handled it without hesitation. That kind of service is rare- highly recommend this spot.

I would like to give a shoutout to the gentlemen at this location. I came in unsure of what was going on with my Cadillac SRX earlier this week. Initially it was believed to be the alternator after having purchased a battery the day before from an auto store and my car being dead again that night, I was a little worried. These guys took a look and made the effort to explore all options and found it was a different problem that ultimately saved me about $1200. because of the extra time and care they took to make sure all bases were covered. Not only did they give exceptional service with my vehicle. They were personable and made the time spent there with my 1 year old comfortable and pleasant. To the new manager, Darius, I appreciate the service. The entire staff; Gabe, Johnny, Mac, and the other guy (who's name is slipping my mind lol) I appreciate you all! :)

Absolute AWFUL!! Customer service from CHRIS. I was just a customer waiting and heard him give a young lady the worst attitude and heard him make a racist remark towards her because she was Hispanic, he said “confused or shall I say CONFUDA” the young lady spoke clear English so deliberately being racist is insane. He then had an awful attitude with me afterwards. I see that he has previous reviews before about him being RUDE. Why does he still work here? Or not received training on his appalling customer service skills. Won’t be back!

Save your time. Save your money. Go somewhere else. They used to have a really nice service manager who always helped me and was realistic about my vehicle needs because he used to work with Chevy’s all the time. I had an issue with my car that wasn’t resolved and he told me I could come back and they would look at it again and give me a discount since I was a returning customer. By the time I was able to bring it back, he no longer worked there and the new service manager wouldn’t give me a discount or anything even after I explained everything and he looked at my service history. He basically wanted me to start from scratch with this issue. Then he told me I should wait for the mechanic that was working on my vehicle but he was hardly ever there and our schedules just didn’t align or they would just hold my car until the mechanic was in, so my car would just sit there not being looked at for days, but everyday my car is in the shop is costing me more money, on top of what I have to pay to get it fixed (with no discount) but they didn’t seem to care anymore. So I went to a different Pep Boys to get my car fixed and they ended up making it worse. And this location also messed up my brakes and didn’t seem to care about that either. Altogether, I’m fed up with Pep Boys as a brand. They are the worst and that’s me putting it nicely. Please just go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time or your money.
