Best auto repair garage in the Northeast region, I am a grandfather customer, actually I was the first customer since back in the days when the business open it's door's at first time. I am not getting pay or any sort of discount for writing a review about the business. Yes, I am a very good friend of the owner's garage and his pit crew but we always manage to keep friendship apart from business. I do recommend they're services for everybody without any thoughts, they know my vehicles better than the dealership, well knowledge of everything that need be done on the vehicles, honest service that gets done when authorized to do so, reliable prices, too many great things to post in just one review. If you don't believe me it's fine, stop by and check out for your self; and before you leave ask the owner for my info (his first customer) and let me know what you think.

Had a really good initial experience with tony when I had my brakes done by him. His pads are guaranteed for two years but I started having issues about 8 months later. I kept trying to get in touch with him to have him look at it again and after the fourth time of trying, I gave up. Impossible to get in touch with anyone over there or to respond to voicemails. Won’t go back at this rate. He does quality service but next to impossible to schedule something.

Known Tony for a long time. He always works on my cars always does a great job. Will show and explain to you what was wrong and why he repaired it. Which is nice because most shops won't tell you what they did and why. He never overcharges you for repairs either, he is a stand up guy. I recommend him to everybody I know

I have taken my cars to Tony at C.S. Auto for over 7 years now and I wouldn't even consider anyone else. He has always been reliable, thorough, and trustworthy. He prioritizes safety for his customers and has never pushed me to do any work that wasn't absolutely necessary. It's hard to find someone who cares so much about his customers and it shows! The shop is always busy and I've met many others who have been coming to Tony even longer than me. Tony is the man! I’ve been going to him for 15 years and even though Ive lived in Boston for some time it’s still worth the hour+ drive to him for repairs. He is very knowledgeable, informs you exactly what is needed after diagnosing and before doing anything . He shows you pictures , saves the parts, has a lower hourly rate than most mechanics and does high quality work. He truely cares and is honest and from my experience that’s hard to find in a mechanic .
