I caught my right bumper on a small plastic post and it pulled the bumper out of place. It was right before the busy 4th of July weekend, so when I tried to make an appointment online that night with my dealership service dept., nothing was available for a week. I called my good friends, and they recommended that I contact Mitch at C & T. My friends have been going to this body shop for many years and couldn't say enough good things about Mitch. Therefore the next morning I called Mitch and he told me he could look at it right away. I drove over and Mitch came out, fixed the problem, and told me that it should be all set. I really appreciated his quick attention to my car and his professional manner. I will be sure to recommend this body shop to friends and family from now on.

I called c&t to get a quote for my motorcycle to be repainted and the guy told me to forward images of my bike so they can get a good estimate. I sent them pictures and heard nothing back. After two weeks i called to which they replied they dont do that type of work.

12/31/12: Unfortunately, I had to get my car fixed again. I think it attracts little bumps. I got a quote from C&T and Courtesy Ford. The price was comparable to Courtesy, but Courtesty had its advantages. C&T told me it could easy break again and encouraged me to pay more to replace the bumper. Courtesy said the bumper replacement was not necessary and there was a lifetime guarantee on the work. I talked to my step-dad who does body repair, and he said that the bumper replacement was not necessary. So I took my car to Courtesy. I trust them more than C&T.<br><br>10/5/12: I was told what a great place this was, but I'm not so sure. They did fix the damage to my car, but sent it home with what looks to be additional little scratches. I can't say with 100% certainty that they weren't there before I dropped off my car, but my car is new and my baby so I'm very careful with it. Plus I examined it when the initial damage happened and that is not something I remember seeing. In addition, that was close to the same area they were fixing. They had to fix the door handle and these scratches are on the door handle including inside the hole area where you put the key in. I never used my key since the automatic lock/unlock buttons so no reason for the damage on my part, and they looked like fresh scratches. I'm pretty sure that they had to repaint it or something so it seems those scratches would have had to be covered in the repair process, but I'm not sure what they did. So I guess I have no way to prove that they did damage it, but I have my suspicions. Either way I would be careful with your car. My step-dad is a body repair guy and there is no way he would have let any car he was working on leave that way anyway since he would have been fixing the door handle, but I guess he has pride in his work. It's just too bad he lives too far away. They were little scratches and not worth losing access to my car for a longer period of time or fighting them over it, but when you pay that much for repairs, you expect to get it back in pristine condition not possible added damage. Last time a car of mine had damage, I took it to the local Ford dealership and no complaints. Despite perhaps paying more, I'd rather have the best work so I'll think twice about where I take my car the next time something happens which I hope is a long time from now. As for my experience during the process, it was fine for the most part. My only complaint is that they never responded to an email I sent them on their web site. I ended up calling them a few days later to get the information I needed.

I have found their estimates of the work to be reasonably priced and on target with what needed to be done. I have always enjoyed the friendly and helpful service. I've used and referred C&T for years because of their professionalism, quality of repair and fairness in pricing. However, our most recent experience really reaffirmed my feelings of their integrity and professionalism. We were recently debating on weather to have a few small issues on our 2014 Town & Country, including some bubbling that appeared to be early signs of rusting. My wife went in and Mitchel provided several options for how to address our issues. We accepted a quote and scheduled the service. Upon completion, when we went to pick up the car, they said there was no charge! They determined that the work was a warranty issue from previous work they had done approximately 5 years prior! This level of integrity is so refreshing! This experience reaffirmed that they have earned my business for life.

Very meticulous, detail oriented, very polite, and nice to talk to crew. Sure, it takes time, but good results do not come quickly. If you want your car to be repaired properly and fast it means you need to sacrifice something... It's either good or fast.
