This was the greatest oil service I have ever had in my life. They took the time to replace the cabin air filter and that was no easy task in my 2005 VW Bug. It requires a lot of patience and knowledge which they had an abundance of. They were kind, knowledgeable, affordable, and they took pride in their work and their customer service!!! Please go see them.

I want to say that I’m sure Valvoline is great overall, but this specific location has to be the best one. Every time I’ve been here, the folks working are absolutely incredible. Today was no exception! I had my oil changed somewhere else this past week and discovered last night that there was a slow oil leak. The place I took it isn’t open on the weekends, but I knew this Valvoline would probably be willing to help. I asked them to check if the drain plug was loose. Not only did they do that, but they tightened for me, checked my oil level, and even had me run my car to check that there was no more oil leak before leaving. They also gave me good tips for cleaning up the oil in my driveway. Anyway, I learned my lesson and will continue to stick with Valvoline for my oil changes. The people who work at this location all deserve raises because they are so knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and helpful every time I’m in.

I have never had a bad experience at this Valvoline, and I've been using it for about 2 years now on multiple vehicles. They're always polite, kind, and helpful. They're honest about what actually needs to be replaced, and they caught an early engine oil leak AND warned me about a strut problem, and told me it's not urgent but just something to keep an eye on. They're not fast, but with how honest they are and the fact that the folks I've interacted with there seem to actually care about how you and your car are doing really says a lot. Highly recommend, I can always trust they're taking care of my car.

Called to ask if they put air in tires since my car's tire pressure light went on, and the pleasant lady on the phone said yes and it was free! I drove there immediately, parked my sedan, and then walked in and asked the three nice guys there if I could have air in my tires. They kindly asked me to drive my car into one of the large doors, they guided my car in position to park, they asked what tire pressure I would like, to which I said I had no idea, so they put in the industry standard tire pressure. And then I was out! It took 3 minutes tops! I gave them a tip

They are a little more expensive than other shops but they do a good job at keeping your car information on file and accessible from their many locations. They definitely to work to recommend services that you can likely get done elsewhere for cheaper, but their professionalism about your choice to do what you want is very welcoming. Highly recommend.

Went to the Kalamazoo Cedar one last night took family member there. There was a big kerfuffle over a battery with a warranty and it not being replaced. Appears to be communication issues between the stores and their phone center and certain discrepancy how some employees handle it. However Jordan and Izzy went out of their way to bring and swap the covered new battery. They were very helpful and very appreciated. Excellent employees who went above and beyond today. Thank you.
