Slow, slow, slow! Had an accident with front-end damage, not that bad. They had my car for a MONTH!!! I think they kept putting other cars ahead of mine. I should've went with my car insurance recommendation, they said it shouldn't have taken more than 2 weeks.

I got my car fixed for a dent. It was so easy and great service. They give a rental which madw my life 100 easier. Then they vacuumed out my car when they didn't have to. Absolutely amazing service. Will go back there for any work I need done.

As a UAW/GM worker I wouldn’t recommend this place to work on new vehicles. Their actions have made me decided myself and my family will never buy or have any Young dealerships or serviced centers have my business again. And I will let everyone I know and work with know too. I’m very pleased with my experience at Young’s! I had unfortunately gotten rear ended in my brand new 2022 Kia Forte. Don at Young’s was so quick and easy to work with. It was originally supposed to be done in a few days but they realized there was more work that needed to be done and the parts for it were on back order. It ended up taking a little over a month to fix but obviously it wasn’t Young’s fault. They were great about keeping me updated and even offered me a different loaner since I told them the kia soul I was driving in the mean time was a little too boxy for my liking lol My car looks great and they even vacuumed out my car before returning it back to me! I definitely recommend going to Young’s.

In terms of customer service, they're great. John and Keith are nice, but Chris is rude and condescending. However the quality of work is not that great. They did the repairs to our BMW back in September, and didn't finish until late October. They said they couldn't do the programming so we had to take it elsewhere. Well we took it to Okemos Auto Collection to do the finishing touches, just to find out that they didn't even repair the car correctly. Nor did they even repair it all the way as there were several parts missing. If you value your car more than the tree down the road from your house, do NOT take your vehicle here. Thanks to their mistakes, we didn't get the car back until late February. Each additional part that was missing had to be approved by insurance, which took weeks at a time. By the time we got it back we noticed where they did paintwork on the hood, it was already cracking, and chipping, meaning they didn't properly sand the hood in the first place. Not only that, we found out they didn't put the adaptive cruise radar bracket back on, causing our cruise control and collision detection to malfunction. Which by the way, the insurance didn't pay for, so it was an additional $600 out of pocket. Recently, we went to swap out our winter tires for summer tires, and discovered they over-torqued all four of our wheels. Considering the wheels haven't been taken off or touched since Young's last had it, there is no one else to blame. This is now forcing us to destroy the lugs with lug extractors just to get the wheels off. Someone highly recommended me to this shop, but after literally 8 months of chaos, that recommendation can honestly be considered a cruel joke. In conclusion, don't ever take your vehicle here. You'll be met with disappointment and despair. But hey, at least John is pretty cool.

I brought my 2021 Kia Forte in after a semi tire took out my front end. The staff was fantastic, and everything went okay. One of my issues was that my vehicle was meant to be done in 3 days, unfortunately due to an issue with them getting my needed parts I did not get it back for 5 days. I was patient and understanding, when I did get to pick it up it was right before close. I would like to note that I was told it would not be ready until the next business day because it needed to be detailed. I was pleased to get a call right before close, and immediately went to pick it up with my fiance. When we got there I was so excited, but that went away really quick because after looking at my new bumper for less than a minute I noticed a dent and some chips in the paint (I acknowledge MI roads, with that being said they replaced it, there should be no damage) an employee, I believe his name was Don came out, he was leaving work. He noticed my fiance and I, and walked over. I showed him the dent, and he told me he would tell the employee I had been working with, corey, and if the dent didnt push itself out from the heat, they would repair it in spring. When I got in the car it was also dirtier than when i dropped it off, so if detail was done it was done poorly. Some time went by, mind you Im working 6 days a week, 50+ hours a week and planning a wedding, so when nobody reached out I did. I personally feel dismissed and ignored, as Corey was very short with me in is email responses, the ONE that I got. Now spring has passed and I have not been contacted by any employees here. I do not believe that I should be the one calling and emailing, that you should he diligent in solving this problem. I paid you guys $1600, my bumper should have looked brand new, not in worse condition that it was prior to the semi tire. Im extremely disappointed and Ill be waiting to hear from a supervisor as I have a witness, and hope I do not have to take further action.

Out of two other shops, these guys gave me the best price, the work was spectacular, and I can't even tell there was damage to my car. I was rear ended resulting in half of my bumper on my 09 Honda fit flapping in the wind and my rear passenger door crumpled inwards. The painter did a spectacular job. I met some of the staff when I went in to get the free loaner car and they were all very nice and down to earth people. Their communication was awesome at all times and left me feeling confident that I was at a good shop. Hopefully I won't have to return for other repairs, but if I do, this will be the place I go.
