If I could give this less than 1 star, I would. They did the timing and phasers for the F-150 for close to $3,000, then less than14k miles later they replaced the cam sensor and said "whoever did the phasers work (which they did) messed up the pigtail and they had to replace that too". Now, they don't know what is wrong with it. Took it to another place and they said the timing and phasers were never replaced and that is exactly what the problem is! Now when we call up there, they hang up on us and won't explain how they are going to make it right. They don't honor any "warranty" they say they will give you and are not a part of the BBB. They aren't to be trusted whatsoever and they know what they are doing to people.

I will never reccomend this place. My muffler needed to be fixed. They said it was $800. I called muffler man and they said it would be $500 to fix my muffler and my back axle. If you wanna get robbed this is the place to go. If you're smart like me you would go to muffler man.

I went to pickup my vehicle on Friday, I have worked with the owners in the past and had a trust built up with them. After paying for the services done to my car, I went to find that my car had been cleaned out. Aftermarket radio, prescription Ray Ban sunglasses, Nike elite soccer cleats, boombox bluetooth speaker, all gone from my vehicle. Nothing was offered to rectify the situation, not once was I called stating my car was broken into, no glass broken or sign or forced entry. I have filed a police report and will be pursuing further. Will never be here again and am spreading the word to everyone I once recommended to come here. Unbelievable.

Don’t use if you have a newer or nicer car that you really care about. They messed up several things on my car so that I would come back and spend more money. I should have asked for a refund while I was there but all I could focus on was getting out of there as soon as possible. Went in for a simple inspection and got ALL of my lug nuts broken and was given a sorry excuse that the lug nuts were cheaply made and they break all the time. I have had my car at 4 different shops recently for various things and no one has messed up the lug nuts or complained about them. All 20 of my lug nuts either are dented or have little holes in them now. These are some sketchy mechanics and your better off going to the dealership for things like that. If I wasn’t in a hurry I wouldn’t have stopped there but in the future I wouldn’t even let them service my bike.

Guy I talked to had an attitude because I went and had my vehicle scanned before bringing it to them as if I did somethimg wrong, they supposedly replaced a part that was causing my truck to stall at times. 300$ later and my truck does the same thing. This is the second time this has happened to me. Will not be spending any more money at this place

Great service. Very honest and competent people. My daughter came home late one night and was terrified that her car was making a terrible noise and she was afraid to drive it to work the following day. I offered to drive her car to a shop that we had patronized many times. They told us it will be a week before they can get to drive it to diagnose the problem. I told them that from the kind of noise that I heard, it was from the exhaust and should be easy to fix but they won't bulge. Then I remembered that I had used the services of the Lansing Center back in the day when they were under a different name and management. We drove there and went into the office to discuss with the manager. He just asked for the car keys and called one of the technicians to drive it inside the shop. It took less than 5 minutes to fix the problem and to crown it, it was free. I was surprised and grateful at the same time.

I am a single mom of 3 boys (husband passed away) and I took my son's car here and they had it repaired with using the best of parts that same day. Was very rude and slammed the phone down. So, if your thinking of taking your vehicle here. I would highly think twice about it. Glad I never did

I’ve had two experiences with Lansing Car Care Center, both have been nothing short of professional. The first time I came in on a Saturday and they replaced my water pump, the second time I came in I dropped my truck off on Monday morning got it back early Wednesday morning after they rebuilt my rear axle with all new seals and bearings. The staff are the most knowledgeable, friendly, down to earth guys out there. They won’t lie to you- if something is wrong, they’ll tell you. They know the value of their work, so it might not be as cheap as some other mechanics, but the work they do is worth way more than what they charge. I will definitely bring back my vehicles in the future.
