I go here for all my automobile needs. Always professional, informative, and do a great job. Very honest too I have recommended some of my senior friends to them because I know they will make sure their vehicle is in good running order snd maintenance is up to date. So many other dishonest people out there take advantage of seniors. Just the opposite here same great service. Everyone at Caliber go above and beyond to make sure seniors get the same quality service. Won’t go anywhere else.I highly recommend them.

Caliber's staff is quite friendly and personable. Their technician found and replaced a cracked EVAP hose resulting in the car passing smog. This saved me from having to replace the catalytic converter and Y-pipe which I suspected to be bad. What a relief! I will say the interior was a little greasier than expected upon pick-up, despite having a paper mat in place. That said, I'll be back for other services when the time comes.

This is a late review but needed to be said. My experience with this company, with the staff, and with the work results was truly exceptional. I loath going to the dealerships for maintaince, and only found Caliber when searching for a shop that works on breaks. My jeep began to make multiple unnatural sounds so I went to caliber to do a diagnostic test on my jeep. They found multiple issues, shared images of the issues, and did not apply any pressure to fix everything on my car. I had most of the work done on my jeep with full intentions of getting the rest done, when I have the opportunity. I have been to their shop a couple of times and always been treated with professionalism and with great curiousness. My jeep has been working fantastic and it has been 10 months. This is a company that has earned a lifetime customer.

We love Caliber, and have gotten great service from them for many years...this past week, we took our Suburu in for its regular maintenance, but we showed up a day early! They were very busy, but they said if we wanted to leave it, they would try to get to it that day, and if they couldn't, for sure on our actual appointment time the next day. We were so surprised and delighted when they called us to say they were able to do the work that same day and that we could pick it up by closing time! These guys are just the best, including Sabrina and Grace in the office. Jacob always follows up a day or two later to be sure we are happy with the work they did and dont have questions. Also explained repairs (in text & by phone). They have an easy after-hrs pick up courtesy. I appreciate the way I was treated. Other family members bring their car here.
