I broke down and had it towed here because it was close to my house. Boy am I glad I did. They went out of there way as far as customer service goes. They waited after hours for me sonI could drop my truck off. They diagnosed my truck correctly and fixed it the next day. When they told me what it was i called around and noone ciuld beat there price. Ill go back again for sure.

I have an Audi 2004 a4 1.8t ! I didn’t know anyone that would put aftermarket parts in my car ! But I decided to come here ! He got the job done ! And his service was really fast and well done ! He might seem mean but he’s really not ! It’s just his personality! The prices here are very good ! For oil change if you have all the stuff ! It’s 40$ ! He will give you a great price if you bring the part ! You can also offer him ! There’s also different works in the shop ! And they’re very nice !

I came to get my car diagnosed and he wanted $100 for the diagnosis and even before that he hopped into car turned the car on and put it in drive... he had already "diagnosed" it because of the conversation. I was rushed and this was the closest place to my home..... I said are you sure? He said "I'm the mechanic" of course I know. Needless to say the lies began to start from there... he used aftermarket parts without informing me and it cost me $500. the issue returned and i went back he replaced the parts but said next time it will cost me... Terribly dishonest.

I'm so happy and grateful I was referred to Royal Auto. Honestly, I had been driving illegally because my car couldn’t pass a smog inspection, and I couldn’t afford the repairs. I had already gotten three quotes from other shops and was left feeling overwhelmed and stressed. Then a friend told me to take it to Royal Auto, saying the guy was honest and fairly priced. I’m so glad I listened. It’s funny — I’ve read reviews about his personality that I completely disagree with. I found Welliam to be kind and compassionate. I told him I needed help, and he did exactly that. He replaced my fuel pump assembly and even threw in a much-needed oil change — all for less than half the highest estimate I’d gotten, and significantly less than the other two. I dropped my car off Thursday afternoon, and even though he said it might take until Monday, he had it ready the next day — less than 24 hours later. When I picked it up, he told me to drive about 80 freeway miles to reset the computer, then bring it back so he could double-check it was ready for smog. I did, and just got back from **passing smog**! I’m so relieved and happy. I highly recommend Royal Auto — and please mention that **Shana referred you**. Welliam is a great mechanic: fast service, honest, best price — and a really sweet guy. Thank you, Welliam!

Let's just say this. William the owner has got to be the most honest and best mechanic in east county. Went in for a turbocharger wastegate solenoid to help me smog my car. Great customer relations and pricing.
