I went in with a bold tire that was leaking trying to purchase a new tire from them. I was being helped by ERIK and I was turned down service all because he doesn’t have enough knowledge of how to remove a tire saying i had refurbished parts and if they brake something they don’t want to be at fault . So I came back home driving on a flat tire very unsafe and unprofessional of them to let me leave like that and guess what took my tire off no problem, now taking my business elsewhere .

Purchased my tires here last year and service was excellent! I keep receiving reminders for free air check and now it happened that one of them got low so drove in to check and was served instantly. Service was fast and free; as soon as member of staff filled up the tire, the warning light went off. This is great store and great location-easy to drive in and plenty of parking if there is wait time. Definitely recommended and definitely will be back again.

went to this location before a 3 hr long roadtrip, i expressed my concerns about one of the tires being low and a possible leak. manager checked it out for over an hr and told me it was all good and just a sensor issue. the tire was completely flat 2.5 hrs later. very frustrating.

I was able to purchase my tires and Make a Next Day Appointment at 8:15AM. The app Text messaged me to confirm my appointment the night before and day of my appointment . I arrived at 8:15 and the bay looked full to me. Someone greeted me right away and was able to get my car back in the bay right away. I was quoted an hour, which is already phenomenal because I had to wait for it. They were able to get me in my car driving away by 8:45AM. In 30 minutes they replaced all 4 tires including Mounting and Balancing. Everyone was super helpful and Nice. I really appreciate good customer service these days. When it comes to car issues yo I never know what a nightmare it might be. EL Cajon Discount Tire took away those worries and made it a very pleasant experience. I was also able to get 4 all season tires for 300$! That’s a killer deal. I recommend you come here for any tire and wheel needs. I will definitely be a return customer.

If you have an appointment, the staff usually sticks to getting you in and out. Of course there will be those busy days when you stay a little longer, but in general, they are good about starting you on time. If you dont have an appointment, you'll be there for maybe an hour and a half, tops. They are still fairly quick compared to other places

This is a tire shop that might have you wait until your car can be worked on, but they let me watch them put all 4 tires on and windshield wiper. They were quick and thorough. The location is near a couple of Mexican food spots across the street and a sweets shop within walking distance.

My tire blew on 8W and I was towed here for the fix. Johnathan S. was amazing, he answered all my questions, was personable and genuinely pleasant. They were slammed and I was there for over two hours; the workers never stopped and they were all super nice to each person who stopped in. It made a miserable situation, not only tolerable but appreciative of all their hard work. After my truck was fixed, Johnathan showed me the puncture and explained how the blow out occurred. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in need of a repair, the professionalism was outstanding, thank you!

When the car was done Brennen brought it up and let me know the issue was resolved, after voicing concerns about the issue effecting the other tires he said he would be happy to resolve the issue and took the car back and did it right away.
