Horrible experience. Had my van painted there three years ago. They give you a date it will be ready then they don't return phone calls. When you DO get a date and go there to get it, they say it will be another couple of days. Repeat again. Repeat again. I paid for a rental car and then turned it back in because I took them at face value. THEN, I find blemishes in the paint work that had to be touched up. THEN, I find that they lost the windshield wiper sprayer and had to wait until they bought another one. THEN, I take my van back because they didn't secure the sliding door cable which causes clanging when I took a turn. (I believe they broke it and jerry-rigged it because I have the noise again.) THEN, after the next significant rain, my windshield leaks. I take it in to A-1 and they fix it but state that whoever put it back in did a terrible job and it needed to be reinstalled properly. AFTER ALL OF THAT, I have to take my van to the dealership to get the ENTIRE roof repainted 1-1/2 years later because it PEELED DOWN TO THE METAL!!!!!!!!

***** I’m giving Tony ten stars 5 is not enough. He’s a magician he made my beautiful truck reappear and made a terrible squeaking noise disappear. And he did it for a better price than I was quoted in Arkansas and he got it done in less time than their schedule would allow. Thanks Tony. You are great!!

Good work. Friendly. Not good with deadlines... Several delays. Since no insurance was involved, Tony was very accommodating when it came to economizing. Gluing existing trim rather than replacing. Patching and painting rather than replacing doors, stuff like that.

This mechanic was no good, it took forever for my car to even get fixed. He pushed the date at least 7 times and on the last day tried to get me to pay him and entirely different and also wait to even further 2 weeks later. I didn’t get the extra work done, I really had to bug him many times to get it done for a small repair.

I do not recommend taking your vehicle to this business. I took my Sprinter Van here for a paint touch up and they told us they could be done in two days. We called on the day it should’ve been done and they said it wouldn’t be done for another 4 days. So we call four days later and when they finally answered they sounded as if there were some issues and told us it would be done the next day and that this is why they don’t usually take jobs like ours. So we go in the next day to pick it up and our emblems are missing on the back, one of them was salvaged which we never got back anyway and the other fell apart and they said we would have to pay for a new one. That day we also realized that $300 worth of things that were affixed to interior of our camper van had been stolen because one night they decided to park the van outside of their gates and left the sliding door unlocked. They would only give us half of the $300. When we got home we inspected the paint job and there are bubbles, hairs, things stuck in the paint, and lines that look like they just painted right over the old paint which was bad enough, but then we noticed that there is a huge dent on the roof of our van that was not there when we dropped it off. I am considering taking these people to court if they do not pay us for the damage they caused.

I highly recommend best auto body to anyone. I have been coming to Tony for years and now have other friends and family going to him for any kind of car work needed. He is very honest with his work and pricing and doesn’t do anything cheap. The work is very professional and satisfactory. You are treated like family. Thank you so much!

Tony is a liar and a thief. My vehicle sat at his shop for 9 months and he did barely any work. “Need more time” over and over while not doing the work. I had to PCS for the military and gave him a 2 month notice of the deadline. Every time I came to the shop the car remained untouched. The day before I had to pick it up, the car was still not finished, and he had someone else’s bumper on top. He then once again asked for more time. I hate Tony, I hate that I trusted him with my vehicle and I hate that I fell for this scam. For the love of God, do not bring your vehicle here.

**IMPORTANT NOTICE** THIEVES!!!!!!! I wish I could give a NEGATIVE stars review. Tony and his wife are thieves. My car sat for over a month with barely any work being done on it when he gave me a 2 week deadline. I kept having to hurry him up after he kept changing the date on my pickup, with the excuse of “it’s the parts I’m waiting on” AND finally, when I firmly stated I’d be involving legal help if he didn’t fix my car NOW, finally he says it’s ready, pick up my car, I’m thinking it’s going to be ready, NOT AT ALL! 5 months later and he has yet to fix everything that I PAID for already. Plus now he is saying he did extra work that i didn’t ask for and i need to pay him more to complete what i originally paid for. AND he claimed to replace a part but when I got a second look at it from my dealership, it was the same part just made to look new. But Tony charged me for a new part and everything. That’s very wrong. I will be involving a lawyer and hopefully closing down this shady business. DO NOT TRUST TONY!!! HE WILL STEAL FROM YOU!!!! Always record your business interactions, no matter what!! Thank God I did with this business and the law is on my side. I’m sure I’m not the first person they do this to but I sure will be the last.

Tony painted and installed a fender for my 2015 Mitsubishi mirage. He also cleaned up scratches to my bumper. Everything looked pretty good except the fender sticking out a bit from the bottom. Originally he told me the car would be done on Friday but I didn't receive a call. I decided to wait until Monday to give him a call and when I did he told me the car was ready. He even washed it for me. All in all the car still looks decent. I think for the price it was worth it.

I knew right when I went this was a family owned business and when I tell you that you can tell when someone loves their job …YOU CAN TELL…and I loved the fact that when he told me he would work on my car that day and have it back to me within a day and every other place wanted to have my car for over a week. He did exactly that and I recommend him to anyone family, friends, and anyone else!!!

What a LIFE SAVER. Someone hit & run my rental car. Messed up the drivers door hood; scratched paint and big dent. Best got it in and out of the shop in under 3 days and it looked PERFECT! You couldn’t even tell that the door was hit! They are QUICK and GOOD! 10/10 highly recommended!

My Jeep was hit and run on a Saturday. Took it to Tony on a Wednesday and got it back by Friday. He switched out the front bumper and put on my new side rails and it was good as new! I’m happy again! This is not our first experience with Tony. He worked a miracle on our Chevy truck when it was also hit and run. He made the truck look like nothing ever happened. The body work and paint job were flawless! That’s exactly why we took two other vehicles to his shop. The job was professional and finished in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend Best Auto Body and Paint.

This is the shadiest mechanic I’ve ever been to. Tony promised he could replace my front bumper, right side view mirror and driver sun visor in 3 days for $1500. I drop my car off with $500 down and a signed contract. On day 3, he needed an extra day, on day 4, he needed an extra day. On day 5, I went to pick up my car, the bumper was off, same side view mirror and no driver sun visor. He insists I come back in 4 more days. I obviously decline. He puts the new bumper on in a little over an hour, mind you there’s no fog light cover so I still have a hole in my bumper. We head in the office to negotiate and he offers a $200 discount. When I decline the $1300 bumper with the hole in it, he stuffs my keys in his pocket and calls the cops. Refused to take the new bumper off and put my old one back on. Greedy, slow and unable to complete the services he offered but didn’t communicate his personal life was the reason for his lack of professionalism. Find somebody else. ANY BODY ELSE BUT DO NOT GET ROBBED BY THIS GUY
