They did not change my oil, went home checked it and was dirty, changed the oil myself the next day came out black. Please check ur oil if u get it changed there, or dant wait in ur car, step outside so u could them do it

Genie Auto Center offers great auto service. I stopped in for a quick oil change. They definitely did not tarry. After a quick assessment of the type of oil and filter I needed, they go started on the work. The service went without a hitch, and they also took the time to clean the engine a bit, in addition to resetting the digital oil life gauge. We also spoke tires, and they gave me good advice on when and why to replace them, given my vehicle is all wheel drive. Yes, they also offer full tire care in addition to their auto repair service. They offer a small waiting area outside. If you are in a hurry and need a quick quality oil change, check out Genie Auto Centers.

Purchased a Groupon for 2 synthetic oil changes. Would not honor second oil change unless you have a piece of paper from them. Very rude and confrontational. Tried to get us to spend another $80. Buyer beware!

I was treated different when I said I had a Groupon. They were going to take me in just fine but when I said Groupon the told me to come back Monday because they were closing. I called them out on it and they said it takes more time to process also that I need to pay more anyways because my car is European. I wish I never purchased this on Groupon.

Absolutely EXCELLENT service.by Michael & Melad. I originally went to Valvoline, which is one block away but they were OUT OF OIL if you can believe it, which forced me to go to Genie Auto Center and I'm glad it happened. Turns out they provide the same oil that Valvoline offers (but didn't have), better service (by far), they have free drinks and snacks while you wait and it was almost half the price!!! Do yourself a favor and stop by Genie Auto Center.

I brought my 2015 Honda Accord in for an oil change around 4:10. I was out at 4:26! Michael was respectful, polite and knew exactly what he was doing. No trying to get me to pay for added issues. An honest hard working man! What a relief for a senior woman who has been taken advantage of many times. His assistant, Milan was super! Thank you for your great and honest service!
