Had gotten my vehicle serviced here through insurance, they told me they replaced a brand new wheel, after my accident, 3 months later towards winter i get a slow leak, i take it back for them to look at the brand new wheel, and they said I hit a pothole, when i know I haven’t nor has anyone else, the damage to my wheel is so severe you can see it without pulling off the tire, but the tire is perfectly fine, and it’s the same tire they put on the vehicle, if i did hit a pothole enough to damage my rim it should’ve done significant damage to the tire, but it is still brand new, they denied me warranty repair and said it’s my fault. Edit, we resolved the issue, after a second review by their GM they were able to notice the damage i was referencing too, and warrantied my tire, they reached out and resolved this issue in a timely manner!

Caliber did an excellent job repairing my door. A few weeks back I was hit and they put a dent and scratch along my rear door. When I picked up my vehicle, it looked like nothing ever happened. The paint job is perfect. Also, they detailed the inside of my car… everything was wiped down and vacuumed. My floor mats looked brand new. Thanks to Mark and his team!

The shop originally gave us a delivery date of Friday, 1/16, which was later moved up to 1/14. While earlier delivery might sound good, it actually caused problems for us because of our rental car arrangement and resulted in extra out-of-pocket costs. We explained this to the collision representative and asked them to honor the original 1/16 delivery date. The request was denied, with the reason given that an earlier delivery helped their insurance ratings. This decision put us in a losing situation financially, and our concerns as the customer were not prioritized. Overall, we were disappointed with how this was handled.

I am very unhappy with the communication throughout the process. Dropped my vehicle December 22nd and was told 2 week maximum for repairs. On December 26, I was told the repairs would take one to one and a half weeks. It has now been three weeks, which is far beyond the original estimate. Since then, I’ve been given multiple, conflicting timelines. Last Wednesday, I was told I would have my vehicle by the end of the week. Now I’m being told it may be ready by Wednesday of the following week. I was also informed that there was a lack of awareness around what was happening with my repair. There has been poor and inconsistent communication. Transparency and accurate timelines matter, especially when customers are without their vehicles. I wanted to share these facts so others can make an informed decision.

After my car was involved in an accident, I turned to Caliber Collision for repairs. Alberto meticulously reviewed all visible damages with me upfront, ensuring I knew exactly what to expect. Two weeks later, I was thrilled to see my car restored almost to its original condition. (See pictures for before and after!) A few days later, I encountered issues with starting the engine and sensor malfunctions. I reached out to Caliber Collision, and Gustavo promptly assisted me. He assured me he would investigate the problem. Upon picking up my car, Gustavo informed me that the issue was with the car battery, which needed replacement. Despite the car battery not being covered by warranty or the accident insurance, Gustavo kindly replaced it free of charge. I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction and going above and beyond to ensure my car was fully operational. A few weeks ago I was rear-ended by a truck going 45 mph while I was at a stoplight. My Atlas needed over $10,000 in repairs. I was worried about where to take it and the other person’s insurance recommend this Caliber. I am so glad I took my car here. Gus was the lead repair person. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He kept me updated about the status of my car. Martha was the receptionist. She was very friendly and personable. The painter (I don’t remember his name, but he’s Martha’s husband) did a great job and I can’t even tell it’s had work (blends in to original paint). Daiytien had his hands full with the electric/computer system of my car, but he figured it out. I am very appreciative of the work everyone at Caliber did. Highly recommend.

I had an unfortunate situation with a hit and run, but this office took my unfortunate situation and made it great with their expertise and customer service. Jordan was great with check in and gave me realistic expectations to ease my mind. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the truck looks great.
