Had some work done at Service Street and I must say that their service is great. The two gentleman at the service reception are polite and know how to speak to a customer professionally and friendly. When a major problem happens on the road that leads to catastrophic failure it can be devastating and very upsetting. The team here walking me thru the entire repair process added photos along the way and at every step of the repair process. In my 38 years of driving and owning a car I have never seen anything like this before. The quality of the repairs and communication was absolutely 5 star . You can’t put a price on peace of mind. Thank you to the entire team that got my truck on the road , thank you for every step in the process. Forever grateful where ever you might be this is the place to get your work done hands down. I have never posted a review before, however this was absolutely the best professional service provided that this time I had to share my experience. In today's world of diminished customer service, this business far exceeded all of my expectations. After telling them of my needs they provided me with a ride home and back to pick up my vehicle. The service provided took care of all of my issues that I had, runs perfect no vibrations. They fixed what a local dealer failed to do correctly. We will be coming in for more of this great service. I waited so long for a simple tire repair, I get waiting if there isn’t bays open or techs but my car had a bay and a tech but my tech decided to help another tech with a tire. In total I saw 3 techs surrounded by one tire machine like it doesn’t take 3 people to put one tire on the wheel.. and to top it off they charge $30 for a flat repair more then Walmart, discount or really any other place I’ve heard of

I cannot say enough GREAT things about Service Street. I had an emergency with my car and a very bad experience with my dealership's service center and they truly went above and beyond to help me. Stephen was incredibly kind, understanding and transparent throughout the entire process. This is the second year I’ve been to them for my emission test. I was in and out very fast. Everyone has been very friendly knowledgeable. If anything ever went wrong with my car, I would only take it here so many shysters out there looking to score big on an old woman with a car. It’s refreshing to feel heard and cared for when you go into an auto repair. Bravo for you having a service center in North Dallas it makes people want to come back.

Awesome shop! Took my car in to have a leak assessed and to have the vehicle checked out in full before a long trip. It was diagnosed quickly, needed a new radiator, and work wasi completed quickly by the next morning. Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I’ll definitely go back!
