I just had a half circle crack in my windshield repaired by James, who came to my home for a mobile repair. He and the woman I spoke with on the phone to make the appointment were both very courteous. My appointment could have been the next day, but I scheduled it for the following day which was more convenient for me. They gave a noon to 4 pm arrival window. James called to let me know when he was on the way and arrived just after 1:30 pm. They both explained that the crack wouldn't disappear, and James also told me the crack shouldn't get any bigger now. It didn't cost more for a mobile repair versus going to a service location. I paid $89 out of pocket for the repair because my liability insurance doesn't cover the cost. The repair took less than half an hour. I'm glad the crack could be repaired instead of my windshield having to be replaced and that it's safe now. This was an easy experience, and the FastGlass staff were all very nice to deal with. I will use FastGlass Dallas next time I need a windshield repair or replacement.

I called in on a Saturday afternoon, and agreed upon service Monday morning as the glass part was out of stock until Monday. First I was informed of a 9am-12pm window of arrival, no one showed. I reached back out, I was informed they were running a bit behind, and that they would stop by latest at 2pm. Throughout this time, there was no communication through text but come 2:30pm, still no one showed. On my last call out, I didn’t get a hold of anyone and I left a message. Take this comment with a grain of salt as I’m not sure as this is a one off circumstance, or a habit. But I thought I would share as having a cracked windshield or window is an urgent matter and having a road map is important for myself as my schedule was changed.

Sooo worth it to pay a little more for FastGlass service! My window regulator broke this morning and I couldn’t roll up my drivers side window. I picked up the part and was quoted a repair window between 12-3, with them coming to me, estimating half the labor time as the shop. James got here by 10:45 and had everything done within an hour, priced exactly as quoted. The easiest friendliest service and such a relief! You’re a hero, James!

I picked this place based on reviews and being super close to my office. Had an appointment time set up for next day from noon to 4 pm. When that time passed & no one called or texted, I called and was told they were running behind but could come to my house that evening after 5:45 pm, so I agreed and again waited all evening. No one ever contacted me, no phone call stating they needed to reschedule. What an unprofessional way to do business! I don’t care if you’re running late or need to reschedule, but communication (text or call) would have been nice so I don’t waste my time waiting. Book this place at your own risk cause based on my experience, zero percent chance they show up. Even today, they never bothered to call or try to reschedule. Maybe since it’s a windshield repair and not a replacement, it wasn’t worth their time. 🤷🏼‍♀️

What a great experience from start to finish. Cracked windshield right in my field of view while driving down from Illinois visiting my sister in Frisco for Christmas. Spoke with them while driving down they quoted a great price and they were even able to come out next day on Christmas Eve replacing my windshield in 30 minutes. James performed the replacement and what a great person to talk to while he worked, very personable, very professional. Great service guys! If I ever need a windshield again, I will make a road trip just to use them again. I’ve had windshields replaced in Illinois and was not provided the great service/pricing I experienced with these guys. I’m a mechanic by trade and it is very difficult for me to let anyone touch my vehicles, but no hesitation with these professionals. Merry Christmas to all, and thank you for making this experience as stress free as possible, especially on Christmas Eve.
