Just had both our cars inspected here this week, not busy at all, nice quick service. Came here because of the good reviews. 3rd year in a row coming here,7/25 Remember people each car is about 10 minutes to service. The guy here dose a great job, no delays. Remember to leave a tip. Leave a extra dollar for me if you can. Places like this are a gem, that you dont want to go out of business.

Showed up at 5:20pm dint want to take me and mentioned I should have come early. If he plans on closing early should have updated online or responded to phone. I said I drove from far but dint have courtesy to communicate properly, I tried calling him before starting he dint even answer phone. Ridiculous service

Drove to my usual state inspection place and found 4 cars already in line. Usually, it's around a 30-45min wait. I decided to find a new place and discovered this place. It's located behind the Shell gas station so it's easy to miss. Fortunately, when I arrived, I was immediately serviced. Luis was great. He quickly got to work even while I was still in the vehicle. He was very professional and friendly. I don't think I spent more than 10 minutes and was quickly on my way. I have another vehicle that will need inspection next month so I will definitely go here again. I highly recommend Luis.

Showed up a little after 2PM on a Wednesday and waited 2 or 3 minutes for someone to come out. Pulled the car in the garage area, handed over insurance paperwork, Mohammad hooked up the OBD2 scanner, ran a gas cap test, in and out in 10 minutes tops. Appreciated the fast and friendly service!

Quick and easy service. It's a single station and employee so if the line is long, you may need to wait about 10-20 min per car. Suggest going on a mid-weekday afternoon well after lunch or well before rush-hour, or try to be there in the morning to line up before they open. I go here every year, and every person I've interacted with has been pleasant to deal with and helpful. I have not passed first inspection a couple of times due to minor issues needing attention and they told me what I needed to do so solve the issue, gave me time to solve it and come back for a free secondary inspection. This is a good business with good folks working for them. As mentioned, I come here once a year, every year - as long as I live around here, I'll be back again next year.

There is a reason why there are so many bad reviews. The man was not even able to read the insurance card properly 😒 just try Christian automotive for inspection stickers instead of going Rapid bs 🙄

I was disappointed with the service. I arrived at 5:30 PM, saw the sign stating “Last customer will be seen at 5:45.” Yet the attendant chained the entrance without any explanation and walked away. When I called after him, he casually shrugged and told me to come back tomorrow. I'm not the only one on this platform with this complaint — others have experienced the same. At least the folks at Kwik Kar in Frisco were helpful.

I’ve been doing my Texas State Inspections here over the past 5 years. I love this place! The staff has always been very friendly, quick and efficient. After pulling your vehicle into the bay, the technician will have you get out of the vehicle while he conducts his inspection. Once the inspection is complete, the technician will print and hand you an inspection report. You pay him and you’re on your way. The whole process usually takes between 10-15 minutes. It’s very fast in/out. They also have seating for you in the waiting area, or if you prefer you can sit in the bay area while he is doing the inspection. I highly recommend this location for your next Texas State inspection.

Similar to other reviews, I had arrived during their operating hours and was waiting for service. After a few minutes, a guy came out and pointed at the sign and started to walk away. It wasn't lunch time yet, I asked if he could still help me, he just ignored me and walked inside. I had been coming here for years, but will no longer be bringing my business here.

Getting your state inspection is usually painful. After we found this place, it’s the only place we take all of our cars to. You get to stay in your car until it’s your turn. This is great for taking calls and catching up on messages and emails. You don’t have awkward conversations or long waiting time. The only time we had to get out of the car is when your car is getting inspected. Which was fast and painless. If you live in Frisco, enjoy this hidden gem.

Today while waiting in line behind 2 other vehicles for about 10 minutes the owner walks out, shakes his head, goes inside the shop bay and comes out with a large traffic cone with a closed sign on it...AND PUTS IT IN FRONT OF MY TRUCK NOT BEHIND IT! When I asked why his response was "I'm going to lunch" so I tell him it was really unprofessional to knowingly let a customer sit there for 10 minutes if that were his known intentions. And his response...take your business elsewhere! So as he recommended, avoid this clown car operation and do what I did and take your business elsewhere. 😉

Great weekday service, but avoid weekends 5-star service (weekdays): For the past 8-9 years, I've had very quick and efficient service during the week. Wait times are short, and the staff member is quick to get the job done. 0-star experience (weekends): The employee who works on weekends is consistently rude and aggressive for no apparent reason. On multiple occasions, he has acted hostile and refused service, claiming the machine was not working while he was watching a game. This behavior is unprofessional and makes it impossible to get service. Overall: I recommend this place for quick, reliable service, but only if you visit during the week. Save yourself the trouble and frustration by avoiding the weekend employee altogether.
