Excellent service. Great price for the oil change (only service because u brought the oil and filter) they charged me $22 + $2 tax Brent was profesional and handed me the rest of the oil back, I had to ask for it so if that matters to you then tell them that you want whatever oil left there’s left back.

On 9/21 I took my car to the Pep Boys Frisco location to have a fuel pressure sensor put on . On Monday 9/23 I put gas in my vehicle only to run out of gas and leaving me stranded. I attempted to put more gas in the car and it all leaked down to the ground, and it was still leaking while on the tow truck on the way back to the location. It was determined that they did not secure the fuel filler neck properly. I was out the 472.00 for the original repair plus the tow back to the location 192.00

Sasha at the front desk was great. Mech I talked to was as well. BUT.... I was quoted 1100 dollars to replace front struts on my BMW because they said the bushing wasn't serviceable. Well, $8 and 15 minutes later, I replaced it myself, and all knocking noise is gone. 5 stars to YouTube!!! Better knowledge or at least try to look things up Pep Boys!!!

The worst possible experience. The technician at the Frisco location refused to provide the scheduled service to scan a warning light—yes, you read that right, the technician. Under that argument, the front desk told me they couldn’t do anything. Everything happened because the day before I asked that same technician whether service was being provided, since there was no one at the front desk. He responded in a very aggressive manner, telling me to wait. I hope this location is more careful when reviewing who they hire and does not allow service to be denied to a customer just because one of their technicians got upset over a simple question.

Anthony at the front desk completely represents everything wrong with this Pep Boys location. Rude, dismissive, and openly unprofessional. No attempt to help, no basic courtesy, and an attitude that made it clear customers are not a priority here. This isn’t just about one employee—this is a failure of management and corporate standards. When behavior like this is allowed, it tells customers that Pep Boys does not care about service, accountability, or reputation. I will not return, and I will be advising others to take their business elsewhere. Plenty of competitors actually respect their customers—Pep Boys clearly does not.

They charged me for the AC diagnostic and dint even find the right diagnosis and recommended a compressor replacement. The front desk person dint even give the details of the diagnosis and said it was all taken care of. When I asked what was diagnosed he said it was checked and it's good to go. When I insisted on talking to the technician, then he tried to see what the technician recommendation was and said something needs to be replaced, not even a mention in what needs replacement or whats the quote for replacement and started being frustrated. Then another rep came in and gave me the details. However I had a second opinion and found that there were no need to replace the compressor as it wasn't even a compressor issue, turns out the wiring had been chewed on and hence electricity wasn't being passed to the compressor causing it not to work. I saved couple of thousands by just getting a second opinion. PEP boys disappointed big time

Anthony – this was hands down some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The front desk employee was rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. The attitude was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Pep Boys, do better. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on your entire brand. If this is the level of service you’re willing to tolerate, don’t be surprised when customers stop coming back.

Great service on a Sunday! I have a large SUV that needed the rear tires patched. Logged into the website and booked a 9:30am appt. I arrived 15 min early and Brian got me right in the door. I was back out within the hour with two patched tires. Josh worked in my car and road tested it. Thank you, Brian and Josh! Quick, professional service on a Sunday morning. You just don’t see that these days. Would definitely recommend the Pep Boys Frisco location on Warren!! Will use again. Thanks guys!

Anthony – this was by far the most disrespectful, unprofessional, and miserable customer service experience I’ve ever had. The front desk employee acted like customers were a nuisance, spoke with a disgusting attitude, and clearly has no business working in customer service. Zero professionalism. Zero courtesy. Zero accountability. Pep Boys, this is embarrassing. If this is the kind of staff you’re hiring, then your standards are nonexistent. This experience completely destroyed any trust I had in your brand. I will not be returning, and I will be warning others to avoid this location. Do better—because this was unacceptable.

I originally went in because I had a low tire on the back and only needed air. However, I was advised to replace all four tires. I was upset about having to replace all four since that wasn’t what I came in for, but I agreed to move forward with the purchase. After leaving the shop, I later discovered that only two of the four tires I paid for were actually installed. It appears they replaced only two tires and kept the worst ones on my vehicle. I was charged for four tires and installation for all four, but only two were replaced. I knew something wasn’t right, but I didn’t realize the full issue until I started driving and noticed that the two front tires were completely flat. I am extremely disappointed that I was charged for products and services that were not fully provided. I expect this issue to be corrected immediately.

I personally witnessed him handle a very difficult situation with a customer who became upset and threatened to leave false negative reviews. Despite this, Anthony remained calm, professional, and respectful the entire time. He clearly explained the situation, stayed patient, and did everything he could to help while following company policy. That level of professionalism under pressure says a lot about his character and customer service skills. Went in for an oil change and the new manager Randolph is the BEST! He brought me back to show me what my brake pads looked like and showed me my tires and how worn they were. He didn’t push anything on me just wanted to educate me for future steps when I’m ready. He was so kind to myself and the other customers there and brought another customer back to show and explain her car as well. Randolph is a 10/10 with knowledge and customer service and I will be back as long as he’s the manager!
