I recently took my truck to the dealership to fix an issue with the multimedia system, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Waldo, my service advisor, was fantastic. He is very friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. The service was completed quickly, and everything is now working perfectly. Waldo is a super nice guy and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend!

I went in for a recall recently. Even though the Customer service has gotten a tad batter, there is still a room for improvement. After 4 hours of wait, when I called them, they said they found a nail in one of the tires and there was a charge of ~$200 and wanted my confirmation before proceeding. Thing is, I had tire protection warranty. After I explained, they checked the records and confirmed there will be 'no' out of pocket expense. So 2 things, they should confirm what is covered vs not covered and more importantly...they cud have called earlier to avoid the unnecessary wait.

Dropped off my truck for the first oil change. Staff was very friendly and they had my truck dropped back at my work before quitting time. Then even did a battery check up and replaced the battery under warranty. Great service!

Auto Nation of Frisco service was top notch. After dropping off our vehicle at their service office, they had us brought home so we do not have to wait. When the oil change was done, their velvet concierge service brought our vehicle to our home. They provided a detailed report of what was completed - oil change, realignment, tire pressure check and other details. We told our family members about the fabulous experience we had with Auto Nation of Frisco.

I've bought a lot of trucks for our business over the years and Chris Rodriguez is one of the best salesman I have worked with. He is very in tune with what is important to me and is willing to put in the time and effort to make the process easy for me. He has my loyalty.

My experience was overall good. It started a little rocky because I was not given proper info when I scheduled the service appointment. The Service Advisor was, however, very accommodating. He got me a Lyft home because I couldn't wait and had my vehicle delivered to my driveway the following day when the service was completed so I don't have to make a return trip to the dealership.

Excellent Service Experience at AutoNation Ford. I recently got my car serviced at Ford AutoNation and had a great experience. The employees were very welcoming and took the time to talk to me, answering all the questions I had. I also appreciated the regular updates — I was informed step-by-step about the status of my vehicle and notified whenever it was necessary. The service was completed on time as promised, and the overall quality of the work was excellent. I truly felt that my vehicle was in good hands. I would definitely recommend Ford AutoNation for their professionalism, communication, and timely service!

I was told when scheduling my appointment it would be 1 to 1.5 to test my battery in order to replace it under warranty. After 2 hours I questioned the service adviser Oscar about the status of my truck. At that point he stated it could be another hour and a half. Also, when I dropped the truck off it was filthy as a result of all the brine put on the roads. They stated I would get it back clean. Oscar also commented that I may be required to pay for labor to replace the warranted battery, false! I got the truck back just as dirty, unwashed and nearly two hours after it was promised. This is also my 3rd battery in 2 years at this facility. I'm done, I'll NEVER go back there. I'm searching for a new truck, I'll likely find one at Bob Tomes Ford!

What an awesome experience. I called to check pricing for an EV 12v battery and was immediately blown away by their great offer which included installation. On top of that, I was informed I could have it completed as soon as I could get there. Upon arrival, each employee greeted us (me and my 8/o son) with enthusiasm, and it wasn’t the common type of Company mandated “greet the customer!” either. It was a relatively quick turn around, just enough time for my son to enjoy their fresh popcorn (3x), and to buy a new hat. lol Based on the price, employee friendliness, clean and efficient service completed, we’ll be back for future service needs! Thanks y’all!!!

I am not sure whether this happened accidentally or if it was due to negligence. I took my car to AutoNation Ford Frisco on Wednesday for an oil change and transmission service, and I picked up the car the same evening. By Thursday morning, I noticed an oil leak. When the leak continued on Friday, I called and was given an appointment for Monday morning. When I dropped off the car, I clearly explained that oil was leaking near the engine oil filter and that the check engine light was on. I was informed that a diagnosis was required before identifying the issue and that there would be a $200 diagnostic charge, which would be waived if I proceeded with the repairs at the dealership. After the diagnosis, I was told there was a leak near the transmission differential axle seal, spark plugs and coil needed to be replaced. However, the oil leak near the engine oil filter which was my original concern was not even mentioned. I am also attaching a photo showing where the oil is leaking for reference. I was quoted approximately $1,230 with tax (but changed 1255$)and agreed to move forward with the repairs. After the repairs were completed, I was contacted again and informed that another issue appeared during the test drive, which would require an additional $900 to fix Gear Shift Module. When I asked questions about why new issues kept appearing, I was told that it was due to the vehicle’s high mileage. While I understand that high mileage can cause issues, I understand that a vehicle with high mileage can develop issues over time. However, it was confusing to see multiple issues appear all at once, especially immediately after an oil change and transmission service. When I asked questions, the explanation given each time was simply that the car has high mileage, without much additional detail. In my previous service visits with Ford, I usually receive a link with photos and videos showing the issues found during inspection. This time, despite requesting it, I did not receive any photos or videos to help me better understand the problems. If I have misunderstood anything I am sorry, I agree I would appreciate clarification on what exactly happened. Clear communication and transparency would have helped make this experience better.

I booked an appointment with Frisco Ford Automation for a transmission drain and fill on my Ford Mustang. When I booked the appointment, I specifically asked a question to confirm whether they could do a drain and fill, not a flush. When I arrived for my appointment, service advisor, Oscar greeted me and I believe signed me in. He didn’t ask me any questions. Instead, he called someone named Trinity and said, “The transmission flush is here, your 45 is here,” meaning the 9:45 a.m. appointment had arrived. When Trinity came out, she seemed rushed and asked for my last name. She then read the question I had submitted when I booked the appointment and told me they only do transmission flushes and do not do drain and fills. At that point, I was honestly lost for words. This is something that could have been confirmed over the phone, text, or email before I ever drove to the dealership. I had to pay tolls just to get there, only to be told something that should have been answered upfront. Shame Ford. After I declined the flush, she asked if there was anything else I came in for. In my head, I was thinking: I already asked everything I needed to ask when I booked the appointment. Shame Ford. This place wasted my time. I can’t believe they don’t do drain and fills—but more importantly, I can’t believe they don’t answer basic, general questions before customers come in. This is a complete disappointment from a dealer I’ve trusted in the past to service my car. Now it feels like there are people at this dealership who don’t care about the level of service they provide nowadays, and simply only care about looking good to their bosses. Take some advice and always put your customers first. Ford, please take this opportunity to train your employees. This isn’t hard. This is basic 101 stuff. So, no thanks to the service you didn’t provide me and for wasting my time. Yes, you guys suck for this.

We recently bought a new ford vehicle from AutoNation Ford in Frisco Texas and the entire process was outstanding. Our sales person was Donald and he was attentive to our needs, listened to what we were describing as our care-abouts, kept us within our budget, and made sure that the vehicle was ready for us to pick up as scheduled. We also worked with the sales manager, Steven, and he was equally as helpful. All in all, I would recommend the AutoNation Ford in Frisco Texas as they are an auto dealership that listens to their customers and makes sure that their customers are 100% satisfied with their auto purchase. Thanks for providing an excellent vehicle purchase experience, Greg

AutoNation Ford in Frisco, TX. I have visited the service department at this dealer three times now for my (new to me) 2024 F150 Powerboost. Each time, the service has been great! Jamie Little has been an excellent Service Advisor and has made servicing my truck less painful. The service department in general has been quick to get my truck in for inspection and quick to get the work done. My future with AutoNation Ford in Frisco is looking to be a valued, long term relationship.

Was greeted by Austin when I got there for my appointment to look at the vehicle I was interested it. The whole process that day was super smooth with zero issues. The vehicle did have a couple of things that needed to be fixed before I took possession of it. Austin kept me informed the entire time and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. Overall a great experience with this dealership and would definitely recommend it.

Brought my Autonation Honda CRV here for an oil change using the autonation prepaid maintenance program. The guys here were super nice and accommodating as I was able to get there at the end of the work day and knock it out. The full synthetic Oil Change and tire rotation took only 45 minutes (and part of that was them searching for my wheel lock key). Jamie in particular was great and I hope he keeps channeling his inner Wizard

AutoNation Ford Frisco did an outstanding job repairing the speaker cover on my dashboard. The team handled the issue quickly, professionally, and with real attention to detail. The replacement fit perfectly clean, tight, and exactly how it should look from the factory. They kept me informed throughout the process and made the entire experience smooth and stress‑free. I truly appreciate the quality of their work and the level of customer service they provided. Highly recommended for anyone needing reliable, OEM‑level repairs. Thanks Naomi and Team!!!

This is a difficult review to write. While the sales staff were excellent and I appreciate the one-price model, the post-sale experience has been disappointing. Immediately after taking delivery, I discovered several issues: the horn barely worked and produced only a faint sound, a hubcap fell off within two miles of leaving the dealership, and the engine cover was missing. I promptly reported all of these problems to the salesperson. We agreed that I would purchase the necessary items myself and be reimbursed. Two weeks have now passed, and I am still waiting for the agreed reimbursement check. I have already replaced the horn, am still waiting on the engine cover, and the hubcap issue remains unresolved. I later learned that one of the rims on the vehicle is not original and does not properly fit the hubcap, meaning the vehicle was delivered with mismatched equipment. As a result, I need to purchase replacement wheels simply to make the car presentable. While the vehicle itself is good, these unresolved post-sale issues significantly detract from what should have been a straightforward and professional transaction. Why 3 stars fits: ✅ Strong, professional sales staff ✅ Fair, transparent one-price model ✅ Vehicle itself is solid ❌ Multiple post-sale issues discovered immediately ❌ Delayed follow-through on an agreed reimbursement ❌ Quality control concerns
