Not only does this shop do good work, They are very proactive in my profession as a tow driver for pro tow wrecker service. Aubry& Debbie Were awesome this morning.When I notified them that I was bringing a vehicle without a key they provided me a location to make a smooth.Safe delivery thus saving time on both ends. Having a broken car is already a headache, so dealing with bad customer service would have made it worse. I am so glad I chose this location to fix my car. Damien was my adjuster and he made sure I was taken care of from start to finish even when bumps came up. He went above and beyond to service me and I am very grateful! The GM even stepped in and made some concessions to help. I appreciate the lengths they went to in order to make sure my car was fixed and I got everything I needed. Very happy.

I would absolutely recommend Caliber Collision West Frisco! After meeting Ray and going over the process of restoring my car after an accident, I felt very comfortable leaving my car in his hands. The repairs were completed beautifully and turned around earlier than expected. Apparently, the battery was drained during the repairs (it was pretty old tbh), and they brought a new one to my house and changed it out for me on the spot! A part to complete my interior door trim was delayed by the supplier, and Ray went above and beyond to make sure I was made whole as quickly as possible. They even detailed my pretty car afterward. I highly recommend this location! All the staff were super kind and efficient as well!

Caliber Collision did an amazing job on my car! John kept me updated every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, which made the whole process so much less stressful. They finished on the exact day promised, returned my car washed and looking like new, and I loved that they don’t cut corners—John made sure I got a genuine Lexus part when the aftermarket one didn’t fit right. I have nothing but good things to say about Caliber Collision (W. Frisco). I accidentally damaged my front bumper when backing out of my garage and did not want to file another insurance claim after recently being hit by an uninsured driver. The receptionist was incredibly nice and patient when I explained why I was coming in and what I needed. Ray Sias was my service advisor and he explained all of my options to me without making me feel stupid for hitting my garage. He was able to pop my bumper back on, pull the side panel forward since it was scraping the passenger door and buffed out all the scratches in less than 15 minutes. Aside from a minor dent on the side panel and a small chip in the paint, you can't really see the damage. This would have been a $4,500 repair if I went through insurance but Ray didn't charge me anything. I'm happy that I didn't have to file another claim with another $500 deductible. I'll be back in a couple of days to repair the damage that was already filed with my insurance carrier. I have no doubt I will be well taken care of.
