Jeffrey Bundo did a wonderful job making car shopping as stress free as possible and fun which I didn’t know could be done! This is my 3rd Chevy and 5th car, I had leased all the previous ones so this was my first buy as well, and it was by far the best experience! When my salesman left El Dorado that I’ve always worked with I was as invested in finding a good dealership and salesman for all my future car needs as I was finding a new car and Jeffrey Bundo quickly sold us on Stonebriar Chevrolet being our new go-to for all our car needs! Can’t say enough about what a wonderful job he did!

I had a scheduled oil change appointment on October 21, 2025 at 11:30 AM. This was my very first time visiting the Frisco Chevy Dealership and after that day's experience, it will also be my last. From the moment I walked in, I was disappointed. Upon entering the service desk area, I observed three employees at their desks. None were assisting customers or on the phone, yet not one of them acknowledged my presence. I stood there until one employee—after completing his conversation with another customer—finally directed Isaac to assist me. Once my service began, I waited patiently. However, by the one o’clock hour, I still hadn’t received any communication or status updates. When I approached the service desk to inquire, I was forced to wait again—this time while two employees finished their personal conversation. Only then was I informed that my vehicle had actually been completed at 12:51PM—a full 20 minutes before I even asked. What’s especially frustrating is that I provided my correct mobile number to Isaac, yet I never received a single notification or call letting me know my vehicle was ready. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customers’ time is unacceptable. To summarize: I was not greeted or acknowledged upon arrival. Employees prioritized personal conversations over assisting a customer. I was not informed when my vehicle was ready, despite providing my correct contact information. I am completely dissatisfied with the lack of courtesy and basic customer service shown on that today. I expected more from a Chevrolet dealership that claims to value its customers. Unfortunately, this experience has made it clear that this location does not. This was my first—and last—visit to Frisco Chevy. I will not be returning, nor will I recommend this dealership to others.

The process was smooth from start to finish. Our salesman, Brayden, made for a very enjoyable experience with excellent customer service and knowledge of the features and details of the vehicles we were interested in. He went above and beyond to make Stonebriar a dealership we will return to.

Vehicle was brought in for diagnostic work. Service representative was courteous and responsive. Main issue was that I was told you offered a free car clean with the service, I was asked if I wanted it and said yes, but car was in the exact same condition when I came back and picked it up three days later. You should not advertise and offer something that you are not going to deliver on.

Do NOT take your vehicle here for service. My check engine light came on and I made an 8:00 AM appointment to have it looked at. I didn’t receive any recommendations until 4:00 PM, and when I did, I was quoted over $2,000 in repairs. My vehicle is a 2022 with under 50,000 miles and covered by an extended warranty. I decided not to proceed with any work and went to pick up my vehicle—only to be charged $200 for a diagnostic test. That “diagnostic” concluded I needed a new battery, despite the fact that I had already provided them with a diagnostic report from O’Reilly Auto Parts prior to my appointment. After doing my own research, I found that they were attempting to charge $327 more for a battery replacement than a competing service shop for the exact same work. To make matters worse, I was told they could not complete an active recall on my vehicle unless I paid for the battery replacement first. This experience was a complete waste of time and money. Very Nice and friendly service. I purchased a 2025 Trax and Tristan was great. He knew exactly what I wanted and delivered. Richard The finance manager also helped out alot and finished everything fast. Very comfortable and satisfied with my experience and will return for the Corvette Z06. They all stayed late to get the deal done.

During my second truck purchase at this dealership, I found the entire process to be satisfactory. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Richard for his professionalism and exceptional customer service. His contributions are invaluable to the dealership. Furthermore, the financing process was seamless and hassle-free. As a personal recommendation, I highly endorse this dealership. They boast an extensive inventory, and negotiations are considerably more straightforward compared to other dealerships. Thank you.

I worked with Tristan at Stonebriar Chevrolet. Ask for Tristan when you come in. I highly recommend! He made the process so smooth. I couldn't find the exact car I wanted at first. He kept working and found the right price and right car that worked for my family.

Unfortunately, I purchased my car at your dealership, which is not taking responsibility for the poor condition in which it was sold to me. I bought it 7 months ago, and just days later I brought it back because the tire sensors were not working. What your service department did was simply perform a tire pressure relearn, but they did not fix the root cause of the issue. Now that I have brought the car in for service for a different matter, you want to charge me almost $600 for something I had already reported as faulty, and for which you only performed a reset. When I explained what had happened, you decided to deduct $100 from the estimate, which I assume corresponds to the sensor I had already replaced and informed you about from the beginning. The service has been terrible — and this is not Sam’s fault, as it is not his responsibility. It is the responsibility of the director and the warranty coverage of the vehicles sold at this dealership.

Sam was just phenomenal. I was not expecting to need service that day at the dealership and called after 2 PM and he said don't worry I will fit you in. He did and was done in less time than he anticipated. Is someone I would consider moving into an even more effective role.

⭐ Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Service I had a very disappointing experience at Stonebriar Chevrolet. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem service-minded, and the overall focus appeared to be more on profit than on customer care. I brought my Chevrolet Tahoe in for a simple console latch spring replacement. The issue had already been diagnosed at another dealership, and I clearly explained this when I dropped off the vehicle. Despite that, I was told I needed to wait 48 hours just for them to confirm the same diagnosis again. In total, my vehicle remained at the dealership for more than seven days for what should have been a minor repair. I provided all my extended warranty information upfront. The part itself cost only around $50, yet I still had to pay a $200 co-pay. What was most frustrating was not just the cost, but the lack of clear communication throughout the process. Whenever I asked for updates, the responses were vague and unhelpful. I attempted multiple times to speak with a manager, but no manager was available. It felt like no one was taking responsibility. Because my vehicle was held for so long, I missed an important funeral and faced significant difficulty arranging a rental car during a very busy weekend with multiple family commitments. This situation caused unnecessary stress and hardship for my family — all due to poor communication and delays. I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was extremely frustrating. I would strongly advise customers to be cautious and ensure clear communication before leaving their vehicle here. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.

I visited the dealership to purchase a new vehicle. The place is clean and large. However, I was not greeted by anyone at the entrance. The service representative was not available. The seating was subpar. The representative rushed through the vehicle test drive experience. I was not able to play with all the features, although I tried to slow it down to see all the features I was relying on the representative to introduce all the various features to me. The deal took forever to be picked up by the finance. They were just playing games to hold me at the dealership for longer than required. I ended up leaving that day without purchasing the vehicle. UPDATE: The sales representative followed up with me. Although, the sales representative did his part, I was expecting more based on my experience at Honda of McKinney. I want to really call out the finance person Dean, who went above and beyond to help make the numbers more appealing for me to sign the lease. I went from walking out, to signing the contract and driving home the new car. I will highly recommended working with Dean if you are in the market for a great price on a lease.

Five-Star Experience – A Memorable First Sale for Ryan! I recently visited the dealership to return my lease and explore the option of purchasing a new vehicle — specifically a Chevy Tahoe RST. From the moment we arrived, Ryan, our sales consultant, was incredibly helpful and patient. We later learned this was his very first sale, and based on our experience, I’m confident it’s the first of many successful ones to come. Ryan, along with his supervisor Gabril, took the time to answer all our questions and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. We initially test drove a certified pre-owned Tahoe in pristine condition, and while it was impressive, I wasn’t sure buying used was the right move for us since we were transitioning away from leasing. As I was preparing to leave, I mentioned that I really wanted a new Tahoe RST in a specific model and color, which unfortunately wasn’t available on the lot. That’s when Ryan asked us to wait just a few minutes so he could check the latest inventory. Turns out a truck had just rolled in carrying the 2026 models of Tahoes and Suburbans — including several RSTs! To make a long story short, my wife and I ended up purchasing a brand new 2026 Suburban RST with just one mile on it — fresh off the truck. We couldn’t be happier with the vehicle or the outstanding service we received. Ryan and Gabril were professional, courteous, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right vehicle. We're thrilled with our new Suburban and proud to have been Ryan's first sale. Thanks again to both Ryan and Gabril for making this a memorable and positive experience! Bryant Fam!
