Despite the time that I took, it was all good. My car came back out like never before. I have a lowered car and I’m super grateful for bringing it here because all the mechanics understood everything will come back and add a 10 service.

I made an appt earlier for tomorrow at 3 that I need to reschedule but conveniently now that I have an appt no one will talk to me. They place me on holds that lasts well over 15 mins and I end up having to disconnect the call. Will delete the review if I get a call back

I can in on 10/26 to get two new tires. Paid for the tires to get balanced and alignment services. Left and my steering wheel was shaking bad. There was no way they balanced the tires. So I paid for a service and they didn’t do it. Now I had to set an appointment and waste more of my time while they do something they should have done in the first place. The lady up front shows no care in the world.

I had a nice experience at this Firestone shop. Reneé was wonderful in customer service and provided me a good discounted quote when taking the lifetime wheel alignment and lifetime tire rotation balance. Their price always beat the competitors. The technicians are prompt and provide quality services. The shop is located conveniently on top of US380 and has ample parking outside. It’s always better to call before or go online to schedule the appointment or otherwise the wait time is long. There is a small area to wait and have free wifi and power outlets and have a TV, drinking water, coffee with clean bathroom.

Wesley was awesome and the service team did an above-and-beyond job on tires for our Chevy Tahoe. We got a great price, excellent advice, and price quotes for future services. We would highly recommend this location to anyone needing tires or any other services. We got in and out in less than 2 hours - even though they were very busy.

Do NOT go to this place. Be very careful, especially if your car has been towed there. I feel like they take advantage of people in that situation. I only needed to replace a small car part that costs $3.99, but they somehow charged me a total of $297.33. The bill was completely unreasonable and unfair. The manager was very unfriendly and unprofessional. When I refused additional services, their attitude changed and they became rude and intimidating.

My experience here has been disappointing. The original in-take was fine. However, when they say "We will call you to give you an update," they do not. When they ordered a part that the car needed, they not only ordered it wrong once, but twice. That costed a day worth of time. When I asked, when the right part comes in, and I bring the car back, what kind of compensation will I get. The response was, Well, your car has already taken a lot of time on our end (paraphrasing). So, be careful coming here.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am typically not one to leave a review but the experience here was so terrible and the disrespect shown by management was absurd. I brought in my 2000 Jeep Cherokee for an alignment and was told it would be done by end of day. I received a called later that day stating that the tech working on my vehicle was new and accidently broke the tire rod. They stated the rod had been replaced "free of cost" and asked if they could keep the vehicle for the next day so a more senior technician could work on the Jeep. They assured me it would be the first vehicle worked on the next morning and would be finished by noon. The next day around noon I called for an update, and they stated the jeep wasn't even in the shop yet! They said the team member shouldn't have told me it would be first in, and they would call me later for an update. They called me two hours later stating they were unable to perform the alignment and that I would need to take my Jeep elsewhere. When I arrived, they said it wasn't turning left and it was too "old" to be worked on. I carefully drove it to another shop for the alignment and once I arrived, they said the lug nuts were almost completely off and the wheel, wheel studs were shot. They also said they totally screwed up the alignment and it would take twice as much work to get it fixed. I called firestone immediately and explained the situation and the response I received was "sir we only attempted an alignment and would have had no reason to take off the wheel. We suggested work to be done that you denied and therefore this is not our problem and there is nothing we are responsible for". ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? I drove my Jeep in with no problems and left with a totally messed up alignment and now additional repairs costing me well over $500. I am completely disappointed with this response and the lack of ownership for mistakes. They were neither intentional nor exceptional.

Set a noon appointment for an oil change on a Sunday, brought it in and they asked if they could keep it for the afternoon and do it when they have time. I said fine, and I would call a ride. But what’s the purpose of setting an appointment then?? Gave them a call at 4:50 since they closed at 5, asking if it was done since we never heard from them, and they said they still hadn’t pulled it in the garage yet, but we’re just about to and should take around half an hour. I went ahead and got a ride back up there, arriving just before 5:30, car still hadn’t been pulled in the garage…. It was finally taken in just before 6, and rushed through because it was well past closing and I’m sure they were all ready to go home. After leaving, I discovered my fluids had not been topped off, and everything under the car wasn’t even put back together correctly! So I had to take it BACK in, wait several hours again, and they still didn’t top off all the fluids. Only the washer fluid. If you’re going to quote me $192 for an flipping oil change, you better do EVERYTHING you advertise you’re going to do, from the check over of the vehicle to the topping off of fluids. I guess the Firestone quote “I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business” is up on the wall there just because it looks good.

I came in to get a second opinion about a noise with my brakes, had a technician ride with me and unfortunately we were unable to duplicate the sound. So we went back to the shop, they looked under the hood and checked the brakes all while I was waiting in the lobby. Then they went and did a test drive and came back in the shop with my car. No one came out to update me, so I stood at the registers until someone came out who finally said that they test drove my car and heard the popping noise and that they would replace the brakes since they were under warranty. The young gentleman snickered while he said, since you seem to be in a rush, you can always bring the car back when you’re ready. I said ok, but then asked to have someone type up documentation confirming this, which Dominic did provide me with documentation. I then called Crossroads Firestone who originally did the brakes and asked for a refund since they didn’t do the brakes correctly the first time! They said they would call this Frisco location to confirm the issue and call me back. So, Crossroads called me back and told me that this Frisco location said I denied a diagnostic and that there was nothing wrong, which is a blatant lie! I was afraid something like this would happen, which is why I received documentation to prove what was originally stated to me. I have contacted corporate because of this. I will NEVER do business again with this location and don’t appreciate being treated like this and called a liar!

I would give 0 stars for the place..please stay away from this place if possible...there are lot of other good repair services nearby..especially for anyone living nearby communities... I am extremely disappointed with my recent service experience at this Firestone center... This is the second time I’ve had serious issues with their work. I brought my car in for an engine-related problem, and instead of properly diagnosing and fixing it, they made the situation worse. I was charged over $450, even though I was initially told the diagnostic fee would be $122. After working on my car, they informed me that the engine was “gone” and suggested replacing and was trying to sell me a used engine for $11,000. Because i said no..,they did not properly fix or restore my vehicle to its original condition. I had to arrange and pay for towing the car back home myself. I do not find them trustworthy for engine or mechanical repairs. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this location for anything beyond basic oil changes or tire rotations. Very disappointing service and poor customer service.

I made a call that morning to discuss my concerns with my vehicle. The car would not start if it was sitting for 24 hrs or more. I would always go to another Firestone near this one but I always felt that they were not trustworthy and it seems as if they were trying to take advantage of me. The Frisco location was able to download my previous visits from another Firestone. The employee was very helpful and he discussed possible issues with my vehicle. He seemed very honest and very knowledgable about what may be going in with my car. When I arrived a few hours later. Another employee was available and assisted me and they were able to get me taken care of the same day and in a timely manner. This will be my new Firestone moving forward. Thanks for the great customer service.

This place is AMAZING!!! Way better than discount tire. I took my car previously to Discount tire where I quickly realized they over tightened and cross threaded my wheel lock stud. I called this Firestone where they were more than happy to help me get that removed. Wesley, Taz and a few other techs came to help me get it removed. I could not recommend a better place to get tires and services done.
