Had to run by today and get a bulb for my brake light. Brock was on duty and as soon as he finished helping the person on the phone he politely greeted me. I am making this review because all to often we just see a huge lack in customer service.. Not today ladies and gents. Brock was on point and even offered to install the bulb with out me having to ask. He was well dressed, spoke like a gentleman and even smelt good. For a younger man, this is very nice to see. This is not the first trip to this store I have had and they always have pretty good help but I was super impressed this trip and truly appreciate a person in customer service that can still be themselves and be good at what they do.Great Job Brock!! Oh and THANK YOU for your help today. It was very appreciated!!

I came in the other evening looking for paint to cover a huge scratch that I thought I had on my car. I asked Julian for help and he showed me the paint then went to my car to find the paint number. He then asked to look at the spot. He looked at it, got a wipe, and started wiping. Turns out it was just paint transfer. He then proceeded to wipe down the whole spot until it was gone. It literally looked like nothing was ever there! If you ever come to this store ask for Julian - he is not only extremely knowledgeable but he goes the extra mile for customers which means a lot!

My nephew needed a battery after experiencing car problems while at the Mall. We were able to “jump” start the battery and proceed to Auto Zone. About two months ago I drove around 1700 miles from the east coast to Dallas with everything I owned packed into my car. Less than two miles from my destination, the passenger side front wheel fell off my car. Good times. Four miles of running later, I arrived at their location, and when I say they went above and beyond, you best believe it can't be summed up in that single statement. Not only were they very understanding of a random guy running into the store sweaty and out of breath, but were very helpful in finding the correct parts and tools for the fix. As it turned out, they did not have the parts at their store, but were still able to source them to a nearby O'Reilly's. See this is great customer service right here, but no, I am not done. They didn't just point me in the right direction, they DROVE me to the O'Rieilly's, waited outside for me to grab the parts, AND then drove me all the way back to where my car broke down. I want to emphasize i didn't ask them to do any of this, everyone just jumped immediately on board ready for action. From the time I left the east coast, it has taken me three months to find stable living and a job. At least half that time was spent in random parking lots, sleeping on top my car. I should have made this review two months ago, but regardless I want it to be known how thankful I am for their help and care. At a time when my car was my life line, and every minute away from it was another minute it might get towed, I really can not state just how grateful I was and am for all they did to help me. Unfortunately Five stars is all I can give so, thank you!

First time at this location, and I was blown away by the staff, specifically K and his manager Max! Came into look for an air filter, cabin filter, and battery. I couldn't find the air filter, and I went up to the front and was greeted by K. He was able to find the air filter at a store less than a mile away, call to make sure it was there, and had me do the purchase here to eliminate any further time at the other store. He brought up the battery to check out and I asked if he knew where I might be able to get it installed, he said they could do it right there. I drive a Chevy Traverse, and changing out a battery I found out is not easy whatsoever. K was doing a great job, Max came out to give assistance as they knew this wouldn't be an easy job with one person. They persevered! I highly recommend coming to this location for all your car needs!

WOW! Ok, my neighbor replaced my headlights for me recently and when he did, my dome lights quit working. So I went up the street to another autoparts store but they told me to do the research myself and did not offer to assist me. So, I drove south to Autozone, who has helped me previously (why did I even goto the other store to start?) BROCK was so very kind and helped me trouble shoot the issue with my car, which ended up being a fuse issue. He found the appropriate replacement fuse and changed it out. This particular autozone has helped me with a battery issue before. They are always so kind, helpful and their customer service is EXCELLENT! Cars are not my area of expertise at all, so it is comforting to find a place with trustworthy and helpful employees. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE and for sure ask for Brock!!!!! The BEST!!!

Came in after my car shut down on me. I purchased a battery, but I thought it was odd because I thought I had a warranty. I found out that my car actually had a warranty on the battery & tried talking to the guy changing it my battery. He pretty much ignored me & didn't answer my questions. He continued to work as if he didn't care. I was a bit taken aback, but next time I'll be direct & ask him to stop since I did have a warranty.

I stopped by this location to pick up a degreaser and ended up receiving some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was helped by a gentleman named Hajar, and he truly went above and beyond. Not only did he help me find what I came in for, but he also checked and topped off my oil, walked me through next steps for another issue I mentioned, and even helped switch out my mom’s license plates. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and generous with his time. At one point, he even helped us avoid being overcharged by a mechanic by explaining what was actually necessary. It’s rare to encounter someone who is both skilled and genuinely honest. As a woman navigating car maintenance, having someone trustworthy and willing to educate rather than take advantage made all the difference. I’m sincerely grateful for his help and hope management recognizes the value he brings to this store.
